It's going as smooth as Hamide, hahaha, as they say in my neighborhood, xD.

There appears to be a problem with accessing older images in the library.
Images older than 2 months still show up in the library, but when I click on the image I get:

"Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)"

And the problem is not browser related. I just tried two different ones.

it doesn't matter if they're older or yesterday's

• Upscaled images: The last upscaled image from yesterday works. All others, no matter how old, do not work
• Flow State generated images older than ca. 2 month do not work, no matter if upscaled or not
• Old images generated with other models such as Cinematic seem to work. I was able to access a Cinematic generated image from last August.

I just created an image in Realtime Gen, and I can't view in my Library. When I click on it, I get this error message: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." I can view other images in my Library fine. The browser console has a ton of "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" errors in it.

If I go to Image Generation and see my previous generations, I can click and view the image in question.

I logged out, deleted all cookies associated with Leonardo, logged back in and the issue persists. This image used up all my remaining tokens so I'm at 0 now, could that be the problem?

Not a big deal though as I can still view it from the Image Generation screen. Just not from the Library.

I've been generating some boudoir styled images with Flow State and the refined prompt always have at the end "Associated Press style"
Is this a common thing when the Prompt Enhancer is enabled?

Hi! I have some trouble with the App: I am in contact with the support, but I would ask you if anyone has the same problem. Vvideos and images that I have in My Library don't work, I mean that when I click on them it appears an error. I mean, if I open images or videos from "Create Image" (in the left bar) allows me to open them but if I do it from "Library" keeps giving me that error. It looks like a bag, in my humble opinion. I tried all the options - refresh my browser, log out and In, check my internet connectio, disable any third-party application, clear my cache or cookies + site data, try to disable any firewall or VPN, choose different browser - ans it still doesn't works.

what styles do you use a lot, for it to use that? each style option comes wiht keywords in the prompt. that one's gotta be from one you use a lot, if you see it a lot

What I mean is that when I write a normal prompt and the Prompt Enhancer is enabled, it will always make a shorter prompt and it always end with the "Associated Press style" at the end
So if I want to preserve my original prompt I guess I'll have to turn off the Prompt Enhancer

So I checked and the issue still persists. Both on desktop and mobile browser. I don't know what causes it. I will try to create a new image with Realtime Gen and see if it's the same.

So it looks like the phrasing has been clarified a little bit. On the one hand, Free accounts assign all IP rights for images. Then again, copyright claims for AI content has been pretty regularly denied without "substantial human changes"

Of course, not a lawyer, not legal advice.

In either case, yeah probably safest to sub if you're gonna be monitizing stuff.

yeah I am not a huge fan of this kind of thing not being really clear....personally I still agree if they are monetizing and using content in leo, they should be subscribers, but can't say for sure it is not allowed by Leo to use content generated as a free user in monetized content

👋 Leo is actually the first tool to get me interested in applying AI into my own workflows as someone with a pro artist background. Can't even tell if it was a year or a couple ago but it was still the legacy UI and a lot less features.

I'm currently wondering because there's a problem with stock photo selling websites that often use images to train AI when we put images up for sale.

Suppose a stock trading website requires that the images we sell be AI-trained.

I've always been really bad with the creative side of things, I'm structured, super "squared" but with many ideas, AI has helped me bring those ideas to life, finally

hm, I'm sort of a pigeonholed specialist rather than a well-rounded renaissance man.

I ended up not really being good at sketching or drawing/painting like a professional should, because I always relied on an art director or a designer to work with me as a guide (because I always got paid for processes further down the pipeline, so wasn't much reason or enough time to be good at everything)

so while I wouldn't say I'm terrible with the creativity, there's been just something.. weird from constantly burning out when I tried to push harder on the skills I'm not very strong at (like pure design and concepting in a vaccuum)

some people sketch or do life studies with painting, and that sort of thing, and I've found that just freely experimenting and letting loose with AI kinda stimulates those same parts of the brain for me, but a lot easier and in a less restrictive manner (and less pressure). I don't actually end up "using" the outputs I get, but they drive me forward in a sense

hey, now that you are here, there was a brief discussion (twice) last night about it and maybe you can clarify, or know who could:

User over reddit asked if it is allowed to use a Leo-generated image as a thumbnail for a YouTube video, whether it is monetized or not. We checked the ToS and wording isn't straight forward enough to know, but logistically speaking, since subscription grants commercial use permission, we believe they need to be subscribed to use it for monetized content, would this be the case?

Apparently, Botti has an automatic response that says they can use the image for monetized videos even if they are free users, but that kind of doesn't make much sense, so would like to hear from someone who knows for sure

or maybe @hasty root knows? 😛

I’ll go from the last time I read the TOS and assume it hasn’t been changed 😅

As a free user, the image is inherently public. Which means anyone can remix it, view the prompt, etc… so all users have a right to use the image in context of the Leonardo.Ai app.

Also, Leonardo.Ai reserve itself the right to display the image, use it for promotion, etc… which is where the confusion might arise. They will not prevent anyone to use the image in their own endeavours, BUT the image is also public, so others can go from there and use their own variations themselves.

Of course private generations settle that issue pretty quickly 😅

This seems to be the important part when dealing with Free users and images.** I'm no lawyer so not giving legal advise!** I read it as, as long as you are sticking to the TOS when it comes to creating the images and not bringing the company into disrepute by making images that break TOS, you are free to use them. LeonardoA.i owns the intellectual rights, so I don't think you can sell them as stock images or things like that.

For me personally sometimes the Upscaler ruins the pupils

But other times the pupils are done perfectly

Yes, the details are better most. I sometimes have the problem that the details are better, but the “atmosphere” somehow no longer works. I don't know exactly how to describe it. Maybe it's the light reflections, or shadows or something similar that somehow doesn't fit so well after the upscale. But then other things are better again. You just can't say exactly what you want to improve when you upscale. Maybe they are working on it. 😁

I've generating some boudoir styled images (that I won't be sharing here for guidelines reasons) and when I use the Universal Upscaler some parts of the body become extremely uncomfortable to look at🤔

Like for example: I generate a image of a female with a jewel piercing on the belly button, but when I apply UU the piercing is gone😶

And some tattoos with names become illegible gibberish

The upscaler probably gets confused when it sees piercings.
"Hey, what's thiss thing? This is where a belly button should be. I'll make this a belly button and fix it up nice."

and with tattoos, it isn't trained on text. SO it doesn't see them as words.

I made a image of Lightning (Final Fantasy 13) a long time ago [deleted btw] in a bikini attire, and through canvas I added a piercing in her belly button

And when I upscaled it with UU it gave me 3 different things:
A heart shaped piercing in red color
A turquoise/teal circled jewel
A blue jewel

But at least it recognized the nature of a body mod such a piercing lol

Also sometimes when I used the Legacy Upscalers before UU the eyes looked like that

Rn I was like: why so blurry? Does she has cataracts?

I was thinking if Leo made Realtime Canvas or Canvas on mobile version probably it's gonna be available only on Tablets
I say that because a tablet with a pen is better to draw than a phone
If tried to access Canvas through a phone it probably will say "This device doesn't support Canvas."

normally that sort of software development is done by platform, not necessarily by device, for devices it just accounts for dimensions so if it is available on tablet, it will be available on phones (keep in mind, Samsung Ultra phones do have pens)

So what i know/remember is that you gotta be super descriptive, I know about the different styles they have like anime, anime v2, realistic etc.. if you want something to be focused on you use (these) for the ai to prioritize that. And that's about it.
