Yeah, it's usually the content filter. Very rarely I get this as a browser issue, like if it loses contact with the server, but in that case it resolves after a refresh. And if it's neither of those, it could be a bug. 🤔

if you dont have to put in BG seperately and cut out characters its way simpler

that whole BG thing is to have more control

however the background eraser thing isn't perfect

img2img is good, however around ,30 is big transformations happening unless you have character very close to camera setup

it works on basis of the whole composition

so subject must be in that focus

I have done alot with img2img, its pretty good at taking composition of original image and implementing with new prompt

oh yeah, the character in the original one is the only focused one and super cloe, so it is getting the face really persistent, but then it is not moving the character anywhere else, keeping the same face, same place just updating background lol

rather just generate the person seperately and BGs seperately

compile both face and different BG

in something like image editing software

if I do layers in any software, it ends up looking awful

just need 1 good character img and 3 BGs and your done

I do that for like my watermarks and such, but when I add a character to a background, it always looks like trash 😛

but will try, maybe that's what I need to do

will need just a few different facial expressions for the character for it to work

thats where blending might come in handy, adding another layer of color tint on top to hide mistakes or making it grayscale/desturated if color schemes dont match

totally something I didn't even know existed.......I just use GIMP for those watermarks and such, so will search around how to do it there and will work on getting the character with different facial expressions and poses to see if I can make it work

these are some minor tricks you learn to hide mistakes when you are learning graphic design lol

if you cant really have the authority to decide your color schemes then it might be a issue

I have the impression that the negative prompt is completely ignored, all the images I'm getting are super similar (very noticeable when trying to make characters, they look all the same) and in general it's impossible to anatomically correct outputs. What could I be doing wrong?

Yeah Phoenix 1.0 is for sure better. Flux has certain things it does well, but Phoenix is really slick

I think Flux may have beaten the original Phoenix, because the original was "pre-release", it was good but had some areas of inconsistency. but the newer Phoenix is fantastic

I know there was some issues with Motion in the past weeks but didn’t hear of other issues at the moment.

You can communicate with Leonardo support directly using the purple chat icon in the lower right corner of the web page ( )

They will be able to have direct access to your account and see if anything is preventing Motion generations for you.

Hey everyone, today i try first time this KI I’ve been training a character model in Leonardo AI, but the results are turning out really weird. Instead of looking like the images I trained with, the character comes out distorted—with strange facial structures, unnatural asymmetry, or even robotic/glitchy features.

🔹 Here’s what I did:

I uploaded multiple images with different angles and expressions.

Used SDXL 1.0 as the base model.

Kept the trigger word consistent and relevant.

Ensured lighting and color tones were somewhat uniform.

🔹 But here’s the problem:

The face doesn’t stay consistent; each generation makes it look off.

Some renders have weird proportions, making the character look unnatural.

It sometimes adds mechanical or cybernetic elements randomly (even though I didn’t specify that).

The quality seems worse than the original images.

🔹 My Questions:
1️⃣ Why is my trained model deforming my character instead of keeping the structure?
2️⃣ Are there any recommended training settings to keep the model faithful to the reference images?
3️⃣ Could the base model choice be affecting the outcome?
4️⃣ How can I make sure the AI generates high-quality, consistent characters without unwanted distortions?

Would love any advice on what might be going wrong and how to fix this. Thanks! 🚀

have you tried re-training it? maybe add a different batch of images for the model to have better details

I have my own trained model and I'm happy with it, even when it isn't 100% accurate to what I want, it stays around 85-90% accurate
