This would imply that a full glass of wine exists. In my years of personal research, the glass is neither half-full, nor is it half-empty. It’s just time for more.

Not sure if it’s just me, when I use the app on the web - accessing it through Safari on an iPad - I find I have to upload photos at least twice. First is to work on them in Canvas, the other is to upscale.

I know there SHOULD be a ‘confirm’ button at the bottom of the screen, but it rarely, if ever, shows up. Even if I scroll all the way down, the “Cancel/Confirm” buttons are not there.

Canvas takes a bit of time to use on the app. And upscaling isn’t an option. Again, unless I’m missing something.

hey on the website it says there are issues with motion generation. What exactly are the issues isnt it working as intended?

Hi @flint shoal I believe it is related to issue of stuck in waiting loop or unable to generate. Quality wise I would not be too surprise if some weird motion got generated I think it is not related 😄

In pretty much all image generation services: there actually are pictures of hammerhead sharks, but the label "Shark" is so strongly tied to the usual appearance of a shark, that you'll always get those 😅

I encounter an issue in "Flow State"... not sure if I'm the only one?

Here's the step by step:

1. Select "Image generation" and switch from "Classic Mode" to "Flow State" (imo very important!)
2. Now click on the sparkling stars button (not sure what it's called) near by the "Generate" button and select "Describe with AI".
3. Select any image, click "Confirm" and wait until the prompt is set into the prompt box.
4. Next, define the "Image Dimensions" (!) you want - something different than 1:1.
5. If you now click on "Generate" the image size is reset to default (1:1) - while the resulting images fit the initially selected dimensions.

Is it just me or is it a known issue or is this maybe even wished...?

I feel like ever since the logging in issue happened a few weeks ago, the website has stopped functioning like before. Constant crashes and sometimes I have a hard time even loading the website. I think there's issues with some versions of safari not playing nice with Leo. I started using Brave for this reason, but I would expect that Chrome would work if that were your issue. If you can tell me what your leo username is, I can escalate this for you, since I'm guessing with that error you can't use intercom

I get the application error about once or twice a week myself, it doesn't really affect me too much as you just reload the page (web app) and it goes away, but certainly something devs may want to look into because if it is a client error, it is pointing to the browser, and that could potentially mean there may be some compatibility issues going on in the background

I already have my story, my script and screenplays: I produced, in free version, several images and I found the style that I wanted for this spot: those images (and others that I generated with other IAs) I have not yet been able to upload them on the App of Leo.ai, and for this I am still experimenting and trying if it is possible.
The support of Leonardo.ai, yesterday, answered me that at the moment it is not possible to upload your own images, but I am seeing online that many do: on my App, however, I see the screens different from those used by others (dated 2025, therefore contemporary), such as the Upload Image Button that I don’t have and others do.

what would be the best approach to make a transparent background for a motion video? in the help channel only the bot answers

As it replied, there’s no way for now to generate a transparent Motion.

Otherwise, it’ll be the same as any video, if there’s a green or blue background you can use a chroma key

Some video softwares like Final Cut Pro will include some features to detect the main subject and separate them

well that's a bit misleading.. i came to leonardo because of the transparent generation, and I expected motion to be the same.. unfortunately i don't have a main subject, but I'll see what i can do

motion is generated in mp4 which does not support transparency. I've found I have good results when I generate with a solid background and use chroma key in davinci resolve

when i use the generated transparent image, it's nicely animated (it's like a border, that's animated)
but when i use the one with the red background, it starts to morph weirdly - even though it's the exact same picture, just with red background

and yea, animated gif/webp would be the end goal

well i got a better result now with less motion strength, but the chroma key still either removes too much or not enough

Is anyone else having an issue when trying to browse their library? I click on an image and I'm immediately met with this.

Yes, I have. I've cleared cache, cleared cookies, restarted chrome, restarted my chromebook, etc. This is my first time ever receiving this error.

a couple of us reported that happening a few days ago, one person was having a lot of issues (I get those like once or twice a week only)

I don't use a google account to sign in. I use my email.

Hopefully their upcoming maintenance addresses the issue.
