The addition of pricing for Flow State was not executed or explained well on site. And, it's not working correctly. I just wasted over 800 tokens in a matter of about a minute...and didn't find anything usable.

Here's how it works: For every image they generate, we're charged one token. As soon as you hit "generate" you're dropping 32 tokens (evem though 8 images are displayed on screen). If you scroll at all, you're dropping more tokens. Example, I started with 10,069 tokens. Initial generation dropped me to 10,037 (-22) with only 8 images on screen. I scrolled down slightly, still with the bottom four of the precious generation visible and lost another 13 tokens. The math doesn't add up. Let's hope they fix this and also provide tools to help us better refine and control the output. Right not...not cool at all.

I had a similar issue where I couldn't see the token counter going down, so I didn't realise I'd used so many.
I would recommend reporting it via the intercom

oh! I have some good news: at least for me, when I went through the Library interface, that option is not greyed out

so you go to the library, click on the image there, click Image2Motion, and it worked

yeah, it's a pain to have to switch to the library, not the smoothest flow. what I would probably do is to keep a second tab open on the library, and reload it when there's new gens, just so you don't have to navigate back and forth. I'll do my best to get this looked at asap, so you don't have to go through that nuisance, but I'm glad we found something that kind of works-ish lol

The $12 plan is an excellent choice if you're just getting started, and don't plan on making thousands of images right away. It gives you enough tokens to make some great images and access to all the tools and models available.
