The daily/7-day chest was working fine when I was in K90 and then i migrated to a new kingdom and it says that the 6 or 7 days I had on the chest are now reset to day 1 and it ends very soon, I am not the only one this is happening to, I talked with many and this is a well know-issue. This is diffrent than the rest of the UI in game. As such it's bothersome. In the Staging Post when doing non-combative tasks. After confirming a pop-up with dialog appears and a tune is played. However you cannot leave the dialog until the music finishes playing.

Dragging is not possible. Instead, you need to walk near the monster and click on it to initiate the attack. The character will automatically engage in combat

The game is really good but it crashes all the time (and you says all the time it’s players fault but we talk together, we know it happens for all) and this time was one time too many. Why is there so many bugs after updates. Now my cursor lags, I have to click on icons multiple times before they work. Happens on my computer and on my phone. I would like to report a bug for Margit Talent 1, at 5/5 it says +25% bleed damage. There must be a mistake as it is exactly the same as Lagertha's Talent 1. This means that there is no generational gain for infantry heroes, however there are significant gains for pike and bow heroes. S1 Laird Talent 1 gives 25% shield bonus and S2 Helgar Talent 1 gives 35% shield bonus.
There must be a bug or typo for Margit Talent 1 to show that there is no generational gain

I've done 100+ kills on smith monsters. No chests.

No one has had luck with rune monsters either, and we've cleared quite a few.

This may be part of the healing bug also, incase you have not noticed they RSS needed to heal or make troops has had a massive increase. in the past it only required 3 of the 4 Rss types now it has all 4 required, and the new addition is matching the other highest level RSS type already used .. pike T7's now requires 2.4m wood and in the past used NONE

If you kept up with the updates , you would have realised that they mentioned they have changed resource requirements for T5,T6 and T7 troops training

The change being all those troops now consume the same amount of rss to train disregarding troop type , this involved all troops having to utilise all rss (food,wood,stone and gold)

And since healing = 40% of training , its logical that it would include the added rss cost

T (should open the notif panel)...but linked to PIllage Western panel also. So when in home map it is useless.
A (should open staging post)...when in home map it opens Pillage Notif Panel.

Yes my troops died in pillage and were not in infirmary I had to make new troops, I lost 150k troops. Also I was 2nd rank before that pillage event, I got in there and I could not collect chests, hit, ships and robbed people got 0 points, im now far behind in 8th place.. me and tribe mates had hit over 50% to open our next building for career advancement and now it reset itself to 100%...we forced to start from scratch and have to wait for our turns to fill up again. (( now the oass is opening, will I be able to collect chests or get 0 points again...wtf is wrong with this this event man.

If the tribe held the building before the shield went down, once the contesting period ends then the shield does not go back up.
The timer ends, but another tribe has to take the building, then you take it back for the timer to restart and shield to go up

I will say the Pillage Weston event was fun for me and definitely worth playing if the bugs can be fixed, we had to many problems with teleporting, shields not coming on after buildings were held for the hour, also had shields drop way before the timer. And just recently saw a team help reinforce a building they didn’t own. So definitely some things that need working out. But the event has potential.

This is how a lot of the buildings got stolen last night, shields on buildings dropped when they had 15 hour timers on them, and then some shields never appeared when the timer ended.

Not sure if this is a bug or not. In the Escort Merchant Caravan event, when setting up the guards for a large caravan, you can usually only use Pike heroes in Pike position, Infantry heroes in Infantry, and Archer in Archer. Poly heroes can be used in any position. Rollo is an Infantry hero, but is able to be placed into Pike or Archer position like he's a poly.

This game has the most useless customer support I have ever seen though even as a Viking Prime Glorious tier member

Our previous migration bracket, the Kings invitations worked seperately from the strong Kingdom migration limit and I have confirmations from the R4s of those respective Kingdoms and proof and yet all Customer support does is give copy paste responses asking us to wait a week when migration ends in 2 days

Now we might face one of those Kingdoms in KvK 3 with them having an unfair advantage. Great job IGG. Started to regret ever supporting this game

Not to mention they were stronger than 3 other strong Kingdoms in our bracket who are facing the same problem so the Normal kingdom demotion is a lie too

And they ask us to wait 7 days to investigate when migration ends in 1 day. What's the point of preparing for KvK 3 when you start handicapped?

We are having problems in our migration bracket which did not exist in the Previous migration bracket.

When we approached Viking Prime support with both the Kingdom's tribe's R4s as well as the victims of the problem who wanted to migrate in, we receive a copy paste response saying they will investigate it with their specialist and we should wait a week for resolution when our Migration ends in 1 more day. The issue has persisted since day 1 of migration starting in our bracket and we have not received any resolution. Neither from Viking Prime support, nor from Normal customer support

So now we have to go into KvK 3 at a disadvantage because the strong Kingdoms of other brackets can bring in 45 players while we are stuck since passes are not working.

How is this fair?

If they wanted to fix the bug, fix it earlier to keep a level playing field or don't fix it at all

Why should we support the game by spending if we get treated unfairly and customer support treats us as an afterthought?

We have screenshots and proofs and they lie in their responses

Dranzer, the funny part is...I tried to explain this exact issue with them during our server migration, and the same thing happened. Not to that extent..but the solution was "we have sent the affected players compensation" which never happened or they got a 1 migration pass an said "they can try next time" 😄
