It's better to upgrade the farm atleast lvl 11 so that it gets 3 marches. Before attacking the castle send your troops out, like a camp. Make sure to repair your walls of your farm account once in a while. If it hits 0 it will teleport randomly.

Farm account generally would be low level castle. Which means low tribe hall higher supply tax. If your farm tribe hall is 11 then supplying resource from farm to main castle costs 60% tax so if you supply 1mil resource you will get 400k in main. If you attack farm castle then you would get 700k as 30% is the plundering tax.
