Majorly rework every class, including the original 6, to be more in line with the plan to slow the flow down, rework move speed (lighter classes should be fast, barbs and fighters should never move at 330), we desperately need a 3D gathering hall where you can meet and talk to other players, no one ever uses the text based gathering hall except for people on the discord to pick up party members, and we need first floor crypts back. Dead lobbies in crypts and inferno is terrible, and it makes the first maps that we learned to love feel empty and forgotten.

I just believe that content can either be pushed back or even held/rushed on to match a seasonal schedule that I personally believe does not need to be in place during early development.

They'd certainly be able to wipe the game with a lot more freedom.

if they could wipe the progression when most people ask for it to happen, without worrying about having to deliver content just to wipe progression, it may have more longevity, I don't think anyone really dislikes the early progression experience

I honestly think druid is just the community's scapegoat for the drop in pop. Don't get me wrong, there is a problem with the druid solo meta and the HR druid rats. But there are lots of other issues, and rogue solo meta has been way worse by far for the rest of the wipe until start of this month (at least in EU). I played the least HR this wipe since it first came out in playtests.

I would say the main problem with the drop is balance in general. IMO they should have prioritized it a long time ago. To me it feels right now that the game is pretty balanced overall (except for the above issues), but I'm sure a lot of people would disagree.

And this inability to respond quickly is their worst quality. Not the content delays, not the experimentation, not the bad ideas or decisions.

Just the inability to respond in a timely manner to the most negative aspects of the game. Which just makes it seem like they don't care about their players or their game and it's success.

It's insane, you don't even need to create new content, just prioritize whats driving people away in a decent amount of time.
