Tbh its two things

1. the changes the devs have made do not reflect what the community has been asking for
2. and this is the biggest factor they have flip flopped on most balance changes at least 5 to 6 times, sometimes more. People can come to terms with when the devs have different priorities, but you have to stay firm and consistent in those priorities.

Pretty much too much flip flopping and indecisiveness burned up all their trust, and the results just weren't there. The game has never really been balanced and so its been a roller coaster with zero positive results.

Nah arc has that casual drop in and do a few runs appeal that will maintain a decent player base. If arc lost 90% of its base it would still be populated enough to be considered successful and chances are they will maintain much better retention overall. Midnight walkers will die if they dont work on content, but they have a solid foundation to work off of.

I killed in total over 1k stingrays. So I got the practice and can read the boss like a book. I don’t get hit by boss anymore and if I die it’s due rare boubles bugs or bad boubles rng during phases otherwise I don’t die from this boss anymore, so for me it’s pretty easy but thats down to practice

Looking at their server population on their website, it’s been mostly -% population. Peak count this month was actually just shy of 7k. Peak THIS YEAR was 23k in April.
