I can only speak for myself but I had to go into the Bios and enable virtualization technology. Then I had to open device security settings, click core isolation, and enable memory integrity

Afterwards you can verify by opening system information (msinfo32 in search bar) and then scroll to the bottom and check if virtualization based security is running
