Played some areana, didnt get to fight anyone cause every game had 3 longbows raining hell on me. This is now a dungeon themed FPS game now. Not what it should be. The game became pubg without players. You roll in the map for 2 4 minutes in a hope to find somebody. I only find people when i run druid jumping doors, and is almost insta death as people camper spots when hear sounds. A druid cant fight unprepared. Just die to a barb, or a cut throat rogue.
The game became so bad after this path. The goblin cave was a consistent pvp map, where people go there and have some killing at each other.

Now on south america server is a dead server. 1 to 4 person per map. And they never find each other.

The big problem is, goblin cave was a good pvp map, the game already have 2 good pve maps, frost and ruins. Ruins you go 2 stairs down. So is 3 good pve maps. Inferno was a good pvp map when was not random, but inferno was always a hard map so its ok to change that. Most people did not like the change until today. Now the only, i mean. ONLY pvp worthy map is randomized and trasformed into a Pubg game. When u can run into the circle.

Like the scrap of a map or a compass who show an exit and the boss room for exemple. You could drop them with a high drop rate on the Skeleton corpse you find on the ground pretty much everywhere or with a lower drop rate on regular Skeleton monster

Funny, with random maps is much easier to ambush people. Now people need to run to get portals and the pubg circle will always make people get ambushed to get to the center.
When u had the normal map, people know the spots where u can ambush. And was much more dificult to ambush someone.

Guys, a question. Doing bosses in goblin and get to the doors feels impossible even in normals. You have to discover the boss and the door. No, we need sorc to be nerfed, shapeshift cooldowns put onto druid, reduce the charge of backstep by one and put it on a higher cooldown and reduce Barb base stats so they cant 1-shot in 0-24 gear score lobbies. I dont play HR so I cant comment on the balancing for that but I think if we make druid shapeshifts on a 5 seconds cooldown with rat on a 10-15 druid will be in a better place. That and to nerf its healing a tad.

As barb i can francisca his as all day. Also with action life etc u can confront bear form face to face and win. U just need to dodge the head atack.
Every class is the same against a druid. In fact every class is the same against any other class.
The only diference is that a druid can sometime escape. U need skill to aim to a running rat or a flying chicken. Thats all. When u go toe to toe with a druid he have less options than you have to kill him.

His heal if not lifebloom is not good. is average. U can just kit yourself up to 100% life or common bandages. He will not heal faster than that. Block doors is an ent u can 1 to 2 tap it. or just bypass with warlock.

So every class have goods and bads, the bad about druid is he is bad at atack in forms. Bear have - 25 action speed. u know what -25 action speed does to your atack ? u need 2 to 3 secs to make a singular move....

I think you are ignoring the fact that if druid hits you with bear its half your health or close to it. its a risk even trying to swing at bear. Ive never been head tapped bear and it still hits hard. also, druid does not have to bring in good weapon is able to get better gear into lobby without loosing gear score to weapon. I've beat druids and lost to some as well. all i can say is its always a very difficult and annoying fight, win or lose. Its an over powered class has best of everything if you do not see that its probably because you enjoy the class or it is the only class you have found success with, which is fine. I don't really disagree with the update, I like that there is more tension over finding extraction or knowing that if the area is closed the chances of finding people increase, but the type of game needs to be defined, this is not a battle royale, people don't go into dungeons just to kill other people because the storm forced them to, that doesn't make sense when the last wipes you got your player base used to something completely different, plus it's not even well executed, portals appear in such a random way that it's more luck than skill if you manage to extract, added to that other stupid ideas like HR being only for trios. Game is in a relatively fine state, if you aren't playing HR imo, I liked what HR was, but the cricle ruins all exploration. AP should encourage players to keep playing, boosting player retention, it will not do that at all if HR stays this way

No. I believe one of the main reasons lots of players enjoy the game is because devs manage to keep it "hardcore", or at least not "casual friendly", and don't listen to every complaint people make on reddit/discord/etc.
You die, it's full loot, you might lose everything (HR you lose everything no matter what).
You don't have time to clear a module/boss you were looking for because swarm doesn't let you or FoW slowed you down too much ? happens
You get rekt by a player cuz you weren't paying attention/he played better/he player smarter ? well it's PvPvE, so it's part of the game

If devs started listening to what all crybabies keep complaining about other than class balancing, the game would just turn into the average shitty PvP game where it only is about flexing items/rankings based on bs

One of the biggest things I think HR even needs is a loot rework. You can literally find legendaries with great rolls in normals. Why the fuck would you go into HR for anything else aside from Uniques..? And if you’re into the game for Arena like me then HR is fully dead.

Most things i see people cry about on discord are the following :

• Bossing too hard due to 3rd party
• Impossible to get blues (which is a fat lie)
• Swarm annoying (which 1. doesn't deal crazy damage 2. forces players to move to the center to take blues)
• FoW annoying (even tho it just slows down module/boss rushers), same with random modules

I don't see any change to "fix" those problems that isn't a casual friendly change

@drowsy vortex in my sense game was hardcore during playtests cuz you didn't have all the map/mob/boss knowledge you can now easily find on the wiki. Unless you were playin 24/7 you didn't know exactly where to extract, how to kill PvE without gettin in danger, and PvP was punishing af. No recovery no nothing, just a grey default base kit and no heals unless you bought them (and loot was shit, finding epics was almost as hard as finding uniques rn). And no druid/warlock at that time

bro, I just spend 150 hours last month learning dnd to come back to the game now where its reset like what it was years ago, awful update, ruined the idea of learning maps we already had HR randomized for ruins. we had good pvp on gobs. Now it LR its just navigating the map to find a blue and not getting zone pinched. Then u go to HR and wherever boss spawns the zone just ruins it.

Game hasn't improved at all with the new HR from my playing, the exact same things are happening. portal camping, rats. and continous still sucks. The only thing it does it force us to play a BR instead of crawl a dungeon, which I far prefer

Also anyone else finding bosses dead within like 2 mins of game start now? continous HR with no FOW means I don't even get to fight the boss, its dead instantly, yet no loot is taken. I'm a bit worries the lich is bugged bc he's dead with no items taken as soon as I load in each time so far

tbh from what you're saying i can't tell if you're really unlucky or if I am lucky af. Most of my runs were ruin runs, instantly moved to crypts cuz i prefer crypt/inferno fights, most of the time i found a team on my way to the boss/on the boss pile, fought the team, died or killed em without having them endlessly run for their lives, and got to fight boss most of the time

get rid of circle and the rest of the changes could be worth testing, I was there when we had circle, and the game was much better after it was removed. Other ways to stop portal ratting, which actually work.

Now bossing I do in fact hate, I have people who will play rangers just to shoot me in the boss arena and kill me to not even loot my body or kill the boss. It's just annoying because you've done nothing but deny me boss loot. You didn't even loot my body lol.

FoW I don't like either. I can get down with map randomization I like that idea, but FoW is just annoying.

Any other class takes substantial effort to get 700 dmg and 1k healing. Lock takes 0 thought to do it, and has a get-out-of-jail-free card for most fights.

Just doing a good rework Is fine, hide must be removed, Most of the perks are around daggers but i think it needs more open perks that can make specalized playstiles too without focusin too much on daggers,for examle, rogue shortsword tank? its a nice way to test It , or rapier +tumble, not only focusin in daggers and let him get a bit more variety of weapons would be a good solution, even if that broke the dnd class character Who cares, heck rogue spear on multiclass was so fun It would be a blast to have a perk for spear on rogue

Some classes can punish it, phys classes kinda just watch the dude heal. I was using metrics I've seen locks do in games I played. 700 dmg is 1-2 rounds of team wipes. The bigger problem is the 1k healing imo

and If you dont see a difference between 700 dmg on a melee and 1k healing on any other healer, vs a lock doing that in maybe 5 CoP, you are silly

because that and the infinite Chase mosquito builds are the only 2 viable bluids for most players, when i play rogue i never use hide, i Always play It face to face with swords no daggers and i found It fun even without perks, with hide removed and more variety of perks and weapon choices It would be a way more enjoyable class, After removing hide they could add a sort of short katana with parry riposte options , i mean those are fast thing to implement and the fun Will be guaranteed
