Druid is very far from the worst class. They're actually very overpowered because they don't really have a weakness.
They have exceptional mobility that only becomes more egregious as the user gets more skilled.
They're the only class with an on-command wall ability that's indestructible and can separate teams, this is very broken in trios.
They're the only class that can do quite literally everything in the game. Caster? Check. Support? Check. Melee DPS? Check. Melee Tank? Check.

then there's just literally how obscenely overpowered Panther form is if you stack agility. It's incredibly fast, it's silent while walking, it does obscene amounts of damage and the 3 second silence is game over for any casters.

edit: Oh and they also have summons and can cast every single healing spell they have on themself.

The levels are mainly indicators of playtime + they reward a random item reward every 10th level from 20.
Its not a very good system i think it needs to be redesigned. But not for any RPG reasons. Just a proper participation reward system that doesnt act on every 10 levels. Its early and rudimentary.

But the trick is that PvE monster have a lot more HP than us, that mean if you hit one 2-3 time you heal almost full. I hate to sound like a broken record here, but my friends got almost the same answer. He recommends stacking vigor, and the stats that correspond to your fav animal.
That being strength for bear,
Agility for panther,
And resourcefulness for chicken.

Bear and panther are the best right now, so you just kind of take your pick.
As for weapons, once you get access to a spear it's prob your best option. That and a spell book for move speed.

in my 500 hours, I have found warlocks to be the most single minded, aggressive and antagonistic class in the game and 95% have voip turned off.

If you say you just want to decend a level, a fair number will ignore you. Maybe even trade with you. Warlocks will just spam their spells and chase you down regardless.

warlocks will be aggressive as long as they have infinite health, because they know that you don't. unfortunately, the class becomes unplayable if they remove the infinite health, so warlocks will be aggressive even through nerfs. Even if you lower the damage, even if you make the healing worse, even if you lower the move speed. None of that will change the unapologetic brainless pushes that usually result in their own demise (speaking from experience here).

Solo rogue are good to PvE and PvP. I also like ranger in solo (with spear for PvE) . And Warlock, it's the easy brainless mode

Did you read the suggestions? They still have Infinite healing but it harder/longer to get to full life. I'm not sure a warlock who took 2-3 stilleto hit or a few arrow before he phantomize would come back hard pushing you if he had only heal the recoverable health he had

honestly not a bad idea at all. if you didn't know, your spells only do recoverable health damage already. of course you can heal past recoverable heath so it's not like this is helpful or anything.

an alternative could be that the health past the recoverable health is healed like over heal, that way it's useful in a pinch but not going to last long in combat.

that being said, overall fixing hydra drain is the most imporant objective, and while I was eating I had a idea.

what if instead of hydra drain, we made life drain not work on hydra. what if we added a slowness effect to life drain so that it works in pve. Then from there we make it so that the slowness is only applied when the caster is not on full hp, so that you can't abuse the slowness in pvp.

I mean think about it for a second. do you really think that hydra blood is going to heal a human? You'd ideally need things like skeleton (for the bone marrow) or goblin (humanoid) blood or actual human blood to heal you.

Depends what you enjoy, longsword/crossbow in plate is very cool and versatile. Light geared barb with felling is also fun and strong, but it's very aggressive and inflexible.

I know I'm a bit late to answering this, but still... You can kill hydra before it despawns. you just gotta do a lot of damage (like with magic missile).
also the despawn animation is the same as the death animation, which is prob why your confused.

I know it can be kill because of pve (and also wizzards), aswell as the mor conclusive evidence of soul collector. If you have soul collector and kill your hydra, you get a soul.

sadly I got no clue on it's hp value, but if you swap to warlock to test, measure the amount of melee hits to kill it, and then multiply that number by the weapon. the hp will be close to that number (but not exact, as the last hit may go over).

There is a perk called Iron Will for Barbs which give them 60 MR, you can get 30%+ MR with <25 Gear Score. Barb is a counter for spell casters my guy

I mean, the only restrictions are Selling on the Marketplace, Character Slots and Highrollers. And I really don't see the point of playing HR since from what I've heard they're full of rats and PVE people that will literally run from anyone they encounter. Most YouTubers I see find Normals more fun.

And since they added Gear based matchmaking it's not even a problem to get nice gear on normals anymore. You just go over 124 gearRate and you will likely encounter players wearing Purples and Oranges

Honestly high roller currently doesn't have a good enough incentive to make players interested in running it and this is a game issue more than a player issue. Yes it drops better loot but the PvP players mostly seek to play normal game geared lobbies because the PvE is faster which allows you to rush straight to PvP fights. High roller mobs slow you down.

I think the real problem Is the state of the market. HR has lost its purpose because some Purples are cheap enough for a F2P player to buy a full set after some farming... If you make it expensive then the Premium users will be able to progress a lot faster than F2P users and it will surely make people want to become premium

I like that the current gear is a lot less stats than it used to be. Having people stack +dmg and +3 all was terrible and yes those purples were expensive but the junk statted purples have always been pretty worthless. This has introduced a new problem though in that there isn't really that much difference from a good blue or a good purple but the balance is a lot closer now then before in my opinion although it will never be perfect.
