I don't think f2p accounts are supposed to play on the test server. The test server was for legendary only, which meant those who bought the most expensive pack. However, with the release of F2P, everyone who bought the regular edition should have access to the test server, but it's simply broken (at least for me)

Except they also kind of screwed the new players over too, they released the free to play at the end of a season right before a wipe. Which means the first experience of these new players was going in with no gear and no skill against skilled players with maxed gear. Even in a white lobby this makes a difference.

Depend of the map. Look for blue icon on the map some are blue stone circle on the ground portal spawn here. They're always triple portal (so 3 exit, for the whole group), they're always at the same place, and they always spawn, if the stone circle is not blue the portal id already taken. The other blue icon are stair and rope. They're also static exit, always at the same spot and they open after a certain amount of time. You have some in every map and they're one time use. You also have an elevator in Goblin cave who go up and down every 3 min, it stay down for around 10 sec. The first one appear at 10 min 30 and the last one at 1min 30. Every people on it will escape. In frost cavern there is boat who work a bit like the GC elevator, every 3 min, everyone can escape while on it. There is also an elevator in frost cavern but it's one time only, all your group can take it but it will disappear after that. The static exit generally open when the Frost/Shake/Swarm start sometime a bit later or sooner.
