but for example, 1 build from warlock (nuclear warlock to be specific) use BoC + phantomize and doesnt bring spellmemory as a skill and its a pretty viable build

kay so i've reinstalled the launcher fresh 4 times. 2 times I tried to download the base game without a VPN the 2 other I tried a vpn. Each time when downloaded JUST THE GAME not the update, it gets stuck at 64%, then it will progress to 70% and reset back to 64. Meaning that the game is never fully downloaded.

Further evidence of a broken launcher is that when I try to exit it or minimize it the entire launcher just crashes, after that I can open the launcher back up and it doesnt crash instantly about 50% of the time. After this the launcher will be unable to be used at all 50% of the time with the button stuck on "Updating", afterwards I'll have to exit it out of it but really I have to go to task manager because if I hit x the entire launcher crashes and freezes.

If it doesnt get stuck on "updating" it will say "Update" as if the base game is installed, keep in mind I have uninstalled it fresh without reinstalling the launcher multiple times on each launcher install. It leads back to this everytime.

After I hit update it will get stuck at 0% and even though Ive tried with and without a VPN and let it sit for hours at a time (i have 50 mb/s wifi.) multiple times for each launcher install and game install.

Now lets say I need to scan and repair it, makes sense right? Nope because every time I scan and repair, VPN or not, without fail each install and try has lead me back to the original game download error where it gets stuck at 64%, goes up to 70% then goes BACKWARDS. AGAIN.

How is an ork ranger debuffed with lament faster than an elf bard, buffed with rousing and alacrity. All spells in question were played at max quality. We were both running with our weapons sheathed. Bard should be one of the fastest classes because the way bard is built the class is supposed to be a slippery dexterous melee fighter. Instead bard has no movement speed, no sustain and is always at a disadvantage in melee against every single melee class in the game aside of rogue.

So if pelt is a blue item you become more likely to see a blue but its still a 3.33% chance its the pelt

   I think this would shed a lot of light on flaws in the matchmaking system. Playing at pathfinder or higher in trios is currently impossible if you don't have bis gold gear. Like it's legitimately more fun to just roll a new character then play in these lobbies. Every single one has full gold gear bis teams

You can get any combination of possible rolls for an item unless the enchantment is apart of the base stats (true mag on phoenix choker for example). its rare to find an item with enchants that affect the same stat tho

Can we please undo a change from the last update. Crypts is a really cool map. It is the only Map I actually like. Adding more red portals and removing it from the game severely damages the experience of playing this game. Can we please have Crypts as a base map again? I don't really like Ruins.
