That stat wouldn't show much. How successful a run is whether or not you escape and if you do, how much value or kills you got.

You can have all the healing and mitigation but if you rarely escape, when you do you have less loot then your run isn't successful.

If the playtest is delayed/cancelled, Ironmace could piss off... a .... LOT... of people. They should announce a delay/cancel in advance. Even a simple "Guys we can't say much due to the DMCA/lawsuit but we can say that our previous announcement of playtest is delayed due to these circumstances" instead of ignoring their entire fanbase.

The community is in shambles as of late really sad to see everyone filled with so much anger and sadness. At this point any confirmation good or bad would be a huge relief to a lot of people. Guys, let's be realistic. I'm not a lawyer but an active DMCA cease and desist notice is something that Steam won't just ignore. It is not in itself a lawsuit, but to get it lifted, at this stage, it will require to go through the legal system to get it dropped. This will happen when one of two things happen:

1. Nexon's lawyers look at Ironmace's evidence, tell Nexon they have no case, and they agree to drop the case and withdraw their DMCA C&D notice to avoid spending money on vexatious litigation (and potential censure from a court). Something like this happening in just 3 weeks since the DMCA notice is.. not going to have happened. It COULD be just a simple case of "show a judge this takedown notice has no basis" to get it thrown out - but good luck getting a judge to familiarise himself with both parties' evidence. They'd probably give 2+ months for both parties to just gather all of their evidence, go through the full disclosure process, and then additional time for familiarisation.
2. Nexon's lawyers don't make that recommendation and the case carries on until one or the other party agrees to settle in some way or it goes in front of a judge. Whichever the outcome, this can be appealed. It's a very real possibility that this would take years to actually resolve.

The only thing that could conceivably happen is Ironmace self-publishing through their website through some sort of launcher. This is also unlikely:

• They won't have built the launcher in the three weeks they had.
• They may need to set up servers and potentially change their netcode if they were relying on steam APIs and/or servers to run the game as is.
• Going "lolno" to a DMCA takedown notice and doing your own thing because you think you're right wouldn't be looked on favourably by any judge anywhere, and Ironmaces lawyers would have a heart attack.

Just basing my take on what I know the people that are specialists would tell me, and I know the kind of timescales you face to get even the simplest things done. A cease and desist letter is nothing but a formal request to stop what you're doing immediately, or face possible legal repercussions. It doesn't actually force them to stop if they don't want to. This might not even be in any court yet, you don't need to go through court to send the letter.
