Nhaa. Gpt-3.5-turbo does just fine! I use it almost exclusively (also due to cost) but it's so good for many things! It's not gpt-4, that's for sure, but it's still plenty worth it's money if you ask me.

Hello, I am a pretty new to coding and I'm trying to start my hand in C#, I decided to make a simple bot that can chat with me using the Open Ai API. I was running into a handful of issues trying to do Async with the API from NuGet. So i switched to System Net http. When I compiled my code and fixed it up to where no errors where showing, I keep receiving a "Failed to generate model response" exception with a status code of "NotFound" as the response. I have verified that my endpoint url and API key are valid and correct. If anyone can assist me that would be awesome!

I am looking to fine tune a model in OpenAI. The raw data is stored in many pdf documents. From these tutorials (https://github.com/openai/openai-cookbook/tree/main/examples/fine-tuned_qa) the approach is to extract the data and do some pre-processing (formatting etc) and then asking the model to ask question based on the data..then answer those questions. Therefore we would have the prompt:completion format needed to train the AI model. My question is: **is there any other ways to better train an AI model with pdf data? ** My fear is that the synthetic questions and answers could be of low quality.

I would like to create a new account on ChatGPT for my business with a new email address, but it doesn't allow me to use the same mobile number.
What should I do?
I deleted my personal account, and yet still I can't use my phone number for this third business account.

I tried deleting one of the older accounts, but that didn't solve the issue, apparently. I expected deleting my account means also deleting my number from your servers? so I can use that number for my business account

According to this page, (and if I understood it correctly), if I delete my account, then i should be able to reuse that phone number for a 3rd account: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6613520-phone-verification#:~:text=this is true only if you create the additional accounts before deleting any account linked to that phone number.
