The Jafar event does not have enough objectives to earn the last Jafar shard rewards.

edit: now appears to have been resolved (by removing the reward for completing 18 objectives)

Completed Jafar event when it was 18 objectives. They fixed the number of objectives but I did not get the 15 shards for the last objective.

Note I purchased both star up packs in the shop for 40 shards. So I should have 70 total shards now. 30 from the event and 40 from the shop.

Issue: On "The Most Loyal Advisor" Limited Event, there is an objective to win the race and use 3 unique skills on Superstar. I came in 3rd, but I did use 3 skills, and it gave me credit. It should not have.

Flowrie? I don't know if this was intended, but for the first Agrabah Cup? You guys have the Generous Green Kart color for Jasmine listed as one of the rewards for 5%? The problem is, that's one of the first rewards on the Season Pass! You guys might want to change that reward to one of the other Aladdin options in the MP Box?

Issue: If I disconnect from a game I lose an attempt with the new Coin rush event change. Sometimes if I disconnect I lose the aptemp and it doesn't show it as completed and I have to wait 4 hours again to redo the attempt.

This is an issue. It's a daily race, you only get one try, but one of the objectives is to win twice, and you can't complete all the objectives to get the coins because...you can only race once.

Follow Up: Not limited to the Randall event. I had suspicions after a race and so decided to conduct what Jumba so appropriately calls a "Practical Experiment™" where I only bashed and didn't use any skills. I did have one skill activate from a bash and cause a stun, and that is the ONLY one I got credit for. I stunned multiple other racers, triggering not only shields but the slo-mo video associated with a stun. But didn't get credit in the event for those stuns. Video attached (no one judge the fact that I'm not drifting... it was part of the Practical Experiment™ to keep my lvl 40 Jumba with the pack).

Issue Details: Using Shang to complete the " Stun 25 enemies" quest, it does not count correctly. Stunning 10 enemies only counted as 1 - sometimes 2 or 3 so its not really possible to finish the quest.

Issue: When you beat a limited event there is an opportunity to redo it before the objectives clear. I went ahead and did one of these cleared events again, completing one of my weekly missions. However, I got no xp or anything for completing it. I admit I probably shouldn't have tried to do this, but I just lost 1400xp which is a full level and that kinda stinks. I'm not sure if being unable to do events that have no missions is a new feature or if it is a bug.

Snowflake RACER BOOST:
I can't spend my Blue Tokens to play again with another character. I finish the race (mission) of the day in Racer Boost and I can't repeat it using blue tokens.

Snowflake And please reduce the time (time) for being able to repeat the Oswald Event mission. We only have 3 chances to be in the TOP 10 and we can only race again after 11pm. No limited events have had this issue.

The Splash of colour event (where elsa shards is the milestone tracker). The advanced level 32 objective. 'Win the race and slide on grind pipes for at least 6 seconds'. Is not possible as the only tracks in rotation either have no grind pipe or 1 short one where it is not possible to grind it for at least 6 seconds even if grinded on both laps. Issue: I bought 2 Stitch Star Chaser boxes ("Experiment 626 Star Box") for the 40,000 Season Coins/Each. It only lets you buy 2 at a time from this one. The box never came back, it has been about a week now. I thought these boxes come back after 1 day? I know others have come back before, I bought 3 Sulley boxes total last time his was in the Shop. Is this intended, or is this a Bug?

The box is going to disappear in 2 days, I bought 2 and got 0 Shards, so I would really like it to come back before the Star Chaser event is over, currently at 9/10 Stitch to unlock!

Issue: During the event "your candyness" I think one of the AI racers fell off the track and somehow ended up being first. This was on the Sweet Delight Speedway. I was miles ahead from the rest of the field, but never even saw that racer again, I even got 2 clocks. He ended up finishing over a minute earlier than the rest of the AIs. This happened just now.

Issue: The same thing that happened with Lucienna has happened to me except the cheating CPU racer was Donald. I wasted an attempt due to that CPU respawn bug on that track and I was ahead of the rest of the CPU racers at the time especially after the first jump. I would had screenshotted the results screen however, I quitted once the cheating CPU crossed the finish line first. I only managed 1 clock and I really wanted the two capsules.

If you pick the same character and event twice without changing anything, the loading screen locks up and does not proceed. Only killing the game outside will end the game at this point, as it will load seemingly forever.

With the Star Chaser Hercules event!, the objective to win and use manual boost 4 times is not properly being completed. I have counted and gotten over 4 manual boosts and it doesn’t mark it as completed, but after finishing the race I get the capsule.

Issue: Completed objectives are not visually removed from the Aloha! LTE.

Playing the Aloha! LTE, none of the completed objectives are removed from the UI. I finished the LTE by guessing what was missing, and got all the rewards, but still every original objective kept being listed as uncompleted until I relogged.

Note in my screenshots that the LTE is marked with the "completed" tag, and the UI shows "all objectives completed" for the next milestone while all the original objectives are still listed as incomplete.

This might also explain why other people report they can't finish certain objectives: they are already finished, this just isn't shown properly in the UI until you relog.

Issue: Every day when I go to do the second race for the Hercules Star Chaser, it freezes on the load screen. I have to press Ctl Alt Dlt to manually close the game. After I do that, it does not allow me to try again. It says that I’ve completed the turn when I didn’t. Therefore, I miss out on rewards. This is the only time it freezes like this.

I played the event, and when I returned to the menu expecting to get the rewards the Racer Boost event disappeared. After I restarted the game the Racer Boost appeared but when I click on it now it does nothing, I can't get into the event. I didn't get my rewards for Ennui and I can't do anything. Please fix this.

My Davy Jones is level 42. I have removed all his crew to try to slow down, but with the two maps that are given, this is not possible. One does not have grind pipes, and the other has two tiny pipes that last about a second each. It is not possible to do this mission currently.

Severe performance issues are consistently experienced when playing the daily Treasure Rush limited time event. The frame drops get progressively worse with each coin collected until the frame rate plummets to a single digit, effectively rendering the event unplayable.

Of note: someone on reddit reported that the issues ceased upon collecting all the boxes, so it might have to do something with the new animations for said boxes. However, collecting all boxes is virtually impossible for most players due to the ludicrous performance drop.

This issue leads many players to miss out on a crucial amount of season coins and either warrants an emergency hotfix, or an in-game season coin compensation.

issue: when I was doing this new racer boost my connection to the server went down and the game reset then when I went to try again I no longer could so I lost 1 cruella shard and 1000 upgrade coins because of this. I will no longer be able to complete the objectives up until the end . Racer boost didn't used to lock us behind if the game went down we could always retry now is this nonesense and I feel disappointed with this.
It was also 21h and not 24 to refresh, this is bad 😡

Like said before, "More than just a princess" Floating Objects Agrabah & Great Wall tracks don't have floating objects.

Added suggestion: Since there's Elsa in the character lineup and not Jasmine, how about changing the Agrabah track to Arendelle while you're fixing it? 😉 Would help us complete the season objective. Thank you!

The “Multiplayer” points are not being awarded for races done in solo. I did multiple races with Ortensia for the “Victory to the Worthy”. I have her unlocked, but I wasn’t getting any points for the Star Chasers. I then did Alice for a few races in Solo (who I’m using open roster), and only received the 20 pts for both events, and nothing for the race completions.
This is a big bug, and a lot of points missed out on the rewards.
I think this started with the Roster update.

After earning 3590 points in Episode 2 of the current Tales event, I'm noticing that these points are not added to the overall milestones of the Tales event. While the episode specific milestone points correctly increase by the same 3590 points, my overall milestone points are still stuck at the 3195 points that I earned in Episode 1. I would expect them to increase with at least 2000 points, as that is the event point limit of Episode 2.

Issue: The counting method for the Tales did seem like the active days contribution cap counted as the total Tales Milestones contribution cap. After the restarted one the first day gave 2000 and the second day 5000 as a cap, yet after 2000 on day one, only 3000 counted on day two.
I hope this helps to get this fixed. It would at least explain why on the first iteration after the first uncapped days no points counted for people above that limit. I guess there was a shadow limit installed to fix those cap+1 results from showing up. That one should count all previous days caps plus the current one as the current days shadow cap. This is more a proposed solution than a bug report to be fair, but I hope this helps get that issue fixed.

Issue: The extended downtime on Sunday meant that I was unable to collect the day's calendar rewards, which honestly, is whatever. It was 70 Sultan crew shards. Woulda been nice, but it broke my calendar streak, and will mean that I can't collect the bonus rewards on Day 23. It is incredibly unfair to have to pay 100 tokens to get the day's rewards that were blocked because of the game's downtime in order to get these rewards, especially since I have spent valuable resources already to maintain my streak when real-life events on MY END caused me to miss a day. Make this right and provide compensation to players whose streaks were broken because of the game being inaccessible.

I tried to race in one of the wonder cups on the final day of it to get a placement for the rewards
but the servers went down before I could finish the race and it didn’t track my time to give me a placement on the leaderboard before it ended. Despite not having a placement it keeps telling me to claim rewards from it but there is no claim button to press and it won’t go away. I figured it would go away when the Pooh season started but it’s still there and keeps showing me I have a claim alert in my special events. Is there a way to get rid of this?

The "SPECIAL EVENTS" button of the main menu can show a "CLAIM" tag while there is nothing to claim in any of the TLE's. It seems to erroneously stick around after actually claiming something. Restarting the game removes the incorrect tag.

I just spent 8000 vanity coins in the second episode of the MEMORIES IN THE SKY tale event. This gave me 8000 points and the ability to claim all milestone rewards. Two of these milestones reward x500 EVENT POINTS. After claiming the rewards however, these points are not added to my total of 8000. Similarly the overall tale milestone points are still at 4500: the added event point limits for the first two episodes. There seems to be no effect from these event point rewards.

My expectation was for my points in the second episode to be at 9000 after claiming the milestone rewards.

Issue: Some people noticed that the 55k Season Box doesn't exist anymore. This makes participating in "Open Boxes" events for players without a Universal Box impossible. Also accompanying it is the missing Season Part long Limited Event used for unlocking new racers through single player capsules. I know both are linked and since the patch notes didn't mention removing either of them, I assume it's a bug that needs to be fixed.

Issue: We have Kuzco released but his Cup is oddly missing. Is this now normal or did you forget to make that event active? It hasn't been mentioned in either info drops nor known issues.
I'm also still waiting on the initial run of the Scrooge Cup and it has been announced for January but without a date. There is enough room in the Time-Limited Events section for it right now. Also missing is the Nick Wilde Cup. In short: A lot of cups are missing.

After claiming the overall leaderboard reward for the Love Tale event, and the inevitable duplicate exchange, the game got stuck without showing any interface elements. The only thing shown was the default blue menu background and no way to progress.

I had to quit and restart the game, but at that point the Love Tale event had disappeared and I could no longer claim rewards for the individual episodes.

Something out of the ordinary I noticed: when clicking "CLAIM" for the overall leaderboard rewards (8000 tokens and 1 Minnie shard), the subsequent reward screen mentions "EPISODE 2" and shows different rewards. Those rewards did not include the 8000 tokens and 1 Minnie shard. This can be seen in the attached video.

It seems the claim button for the overall leaderboard actually claimed the rewards for episode 2 instead. It then incorrectly marks the rewards for episode 1 and the overall leaderboard as also claimed.

Update: it seems that I did receive all rewards, despite the interface bug. I hope this also holds for others running into this problem? Calculating backwards I received 8000 more upgrade coins and and am up 1 more Minnie shard than those suggested by the reward screen. That matches the overall leaderboard reward I should have received but got no dialog for.

Thanks to #⏰-limited-events-chat message for screengrabs of the rewards. My total rewards match my expected positions (overall: 2k-10k, ep1: 4k+, ep2: 2k-4k).

Also had a blank screen when I tried to collect the first part of the valentines tales. I managed to collect some items from the second part, though it gave me Mickey shard as well as Minnie with some upgrade tokens. Not sure if it combined them. Or was somehow random because they were not the rewards for the second part of the valentines tales event.

Still having synchronisation issues on the phone and PC.

Issue: "Love Tale" Error while claiming rewards. When claiming rewards, I tried to claim between 200-2,000 upgrade points worth 10,000 from the main leaderboard. I'm not sure if I received them because Episode 2 rewards were displayed, and at that point, the game froze. I had to restart the game to get the rest of the rewards back. Suddenly, the love events disappeared. Fortunately, I walked away with one Supercharger token for Minnie. If there's any chance of fixing this, I'd appreciate it if you could reactivate this event.

After doing so, The Love Tale event had disappeared and I could not claim the rewards from the individual episodes/days within it. So basically, I only got the leaderboard rewards, not the daily rewards from each individual tale. Of course there is a possibility that the game gave me all the individual rewards at the same time it gave me the leaderboard rewards. But I wouldn't know, because it was just gone after relaunching the game. I should mention that my game usually never freezes on PS5. So it's quite odd that the Tale froze my game.

Issue: The Treasure Rush (Daily Challenge) has erroneously gotten 6 Stars required. It should be 2 Stars and 3 Fragments on the top difficulty to match the reward. Again: This isn't raising the difficulty, this is just cutting away rewards. If you intend to keep it at 6 Stars, the highest objective should give out 1000 Tuna Coins daily. A reward should always match the difficulty of a task.

Issue: Daily Event with Character Upgrades [calculation error]

I spent 900 upgrade points on Dale's fourth Star Fragment today, as listed. When I did, it should have totaled 1,200 points after the first use, so my question is: Where are the extra 300 points after upgrading Dale's fourth Star Fragment? I think the calculation needs to be corrected, or the event should be released to coincide with the new main weekly events [i.e., "Tales"], but why? Because the daily event is today, and tomorrow's main event [Tales] includes the upgrade, so they don't align with each other, and it's a waste of upgrade points on future characters.

Issue: It’s Time to Evolve event on 4-23-26 is not giving bonus points for upgrading Elsa. I upgraded her to star level 5 + 1 with 10 shards and only received the 1000 points for the tune coins, not the 300 point bonus for Elsa (the 300x10 or 3000 bonus pts I expected or even just 300). I don’t have Syndrome, so I can’t verify if he is also bugged.
