on 9/29 i tried to connect my Epic player account to my switch and it completely overwrote my existing data. It's still not fixed and i am worried about losing my beta rewards and all my early access progress i had made. I had also activated the gold pass for the Aladdin stuff going on right now and i wasn't able to actually play the game for more than a few hours. I've been told in a ticket i submitted this issue is going to be fixed for everyone at the same time however it's frustrating that i've put so much time and money into a game i haven't been able to play for over a month 😦 there hasn't been any updates on a fix that i've seen

Issue: For some reason, regardless of whether I switch the Streamer mode on/off, I never have access to the lyrical versions of the songs in-game. When I first downloaded the game the mode was disabled by default and so, the entire time I just assumed the music in-game was normal. However, after hearing the lyrical versions of every song and my game not once playing those versions, I was bit concerned. How can I solve this? I've tried turning the streamer mode on/off to no avail.

Issue - I recently bought the Golden Pass and received 3 of the purple coins. I attempted to use them on Ariels box, it took the coins but it didn't do its regular thing where you see the cars driving on the screen and then see 3 items that you have unlocked. I tried 2 more times and the same thing happened, so I restarted my game and I couldn't find any evidence of actually getting items from doing this. Is there a way for you to check or I receive my purple coins back?

in the discord server me and a few others have recently noticed that we’ve been ā€œshadowbannedā€ from the leaderboards, and we are not showing for others. We’ve been instructed to post here to get this solved on our accounts

According to a community manager, a ā€œfailsafeā€ was triggered that detects cheating by going too fast, but it’s really easy to go ā€œtoo fastā€ in the current community cup trial with a high level character.

Someone mentioned they were shadowbanned last cup and are currently still invisible on the leaderboards as well.

Ill add two screenshots, one is my placement where i see a few others that have been shadowbanned as well, and the other is how people dont see us/me on the leaderboards anymore, confirming we’ve been shadowbanned.

Can you fix this issue on my account? And adjust the failsafe to be less strict on time.

I got recently shadowbanned by the automatic "failsafe", like many others yesterday. We“ve been told to make a bug report and here“s mine.

I know I“m shadowbanned, because I can“t match up with other players. Neither in regulated or in ranked mode. My name vanished from the leaderboard as well, which is a sign for a shadowban.

I would like to appeal my "shadowban" and ask you to restore my account. Thank you.

This happened last cup aswell and indidnt get the reward for those.. first I thought it was lag cause the game has been almost unplayanle for.weeks now cause of lag and connection issues so I left it. Obviously, i have never cheated.

Same issues as a lot of people above, but mine is even weirder. For some reason, some people can see me on the global leaderboards, but not the character specific leaderboards. For some it's the other way around. I also have the same issue of being able to see certain people on one leaderboard and not the other. Whatever is going on is really weird, I can't even say if I'm shadowbanned or not because I can't see any of the people who are confirmed to be shadowbanned. Please fix this ASAP

I noticed the other day my rank suddenly dropped from 95 to 126ish in the matter of minutes. Then it seems like I was seeing names of other banned players so it seems like I got banned as well? I sent a message to customer care and got an auto generated message that bans won't be reversed. That's not how you treat founders who have played and promoted the game for a year. Can someone please investigate the string of unwarranted bans? Should be easy to see if the same players are mass reporting other users repeatedly, if that's what's happening.

Account progress completely reset/lost. Has put me back at the starter circuit with 0 racers and progression. I bought all the founders packs so was entitled to all the bonus rewards such as an extra pick of a starter racer + tokens. All of that has been deleted

Issue: My leaderboard issue has not been resolved, even though the "ticket" command tells me it has and I got an automated email from the ticket. The email said to power down my device for a few minutes. It's been a couple days now and I still see a different top 10 than others and I appear to be about 30ish places lower than should be. I got a reward in game for the leaderboard issue, which was a nice token, but it would be nicer to have the issue resolved or some explanation. I've never cheated or broken rules, so please help.

Issue: Well, my leaderboard issue was resolved on May 2nd. It was fun and motivated me to play more this weekend. But about an hour ago (6:50pm Pacific time) my ranking again dove from 70 to 117 and the people I see in the top 10 are different. I don't know if this is the same issue that reverted or if someone got salty and submitted multiple reports on me to get me banned? No explanation was given when it was corrected last week, so I don't know how to diagnose the latest leaderboard issue. It's very demotivating. Are there checks in place to prevent malicious players from banning other players? It doesn't seem like it. It's a bit frustrating.

  2. the game will not allow me to purchase the second half of the golden pass.
  3. Every day that I am locked out of the Golden pass purchase is a day that I am locked out of the racer locked behind it. That racer is required for the daily King Candiness reward completion. So the loss of rewards compounds daily with each delay in fixing...

Issue: Tournaments cannot be accessed. Simply double clicking them or "let's go" button does nothing. Season Tour and Starter Circuit work fine however.
Seems like only a handful of people were affected, hence perhaps it's account related somehow. I believe the problem started after Mickey and Friends tournament was restored for the second time, that is when it was fixed for good.

Issue: when in the first page of the store, scrolling down, the second last page shows as "items not available" and then I get a PS OS popup saying the same thing EVERY TIME, cause my wife's PSN account is for europe and we're in Canada (so we can have access to multiple stores on one console). It's annoying

I've emailed video/screenshots for both, but nothing has been done

• The toontown level in multiplayer still has christmas ornaments. I don't mind this however
• there are various corners (black and white level, in the tunnel on the right) (frozen level, near the start on the left), (alladin level in the cave on the right) that either touching them causes characters to get stunned, or the camera goes weird (the level vanishes, showing just the skybox until you leave the tunnel)
• you recently made the 2D character list start at the selected character instead of the top. This was very helpful. Please apply this to the 1D character list
• please sort the daily Racer Boost 2D character list alphabetically (or let us change the sorting)
• I've been disconnected a few times due to "bad connection" while playing single player stuff, even though I've managed to connect within a few seconds. Please increase the tolerance for this, if you have to make us stop completely in the race, that's better than us losing the limited chances to redo the race
• do a better job of removing shards/crew we're full of from daily boxes/MY RANK rewards. it's very discouraging to put effort into the game, and get effectively nothing for the rewards.

Issue: There is a bug where multiple daily login bonuses (2 in my case) will be claimable. I hit claim and it lagged gave one reward and then a message about unathorized activity (no third party services running and I did not tamper with game files it just was a reward bug) then the next animation for second reward but it gave ONE Single vanity token and nothing else. Now my account will not load any matches it ques for 59 seconds and loops back to zero and is infinite with 0 matches meaning my account was shadow banned. Regulated multiplayer does not que either it is infinite as it is only looking for other shadow banned players and it cant find any (or enough). I even tested by making new accounts on my playstation and nintendo consoles and multiplayer was queing great until I connected them to pc account (cross progression) and now no multiplayer races will que (single player still works). I would like the wrongful shadow ban on my account from the double daily login bonus bug reversed so I can play multiplayer again. My account is not officially banned and no ban message. Just soft banned/shadow banned. Please reverse it so I can play again. I have already also contacted customer care. Here is a screenshot of the long infinite ques right before it loops back to zero.

Issue: The MPR for 3 of my racers was reduced with the new season release. I had Pooh at 40 (23xx points), Alice at 36, and Buzz at 34. Pooh was changed to 36, Alice to 34, and Buzz to 31. I have tracked all my stats in a spreadsheet and highlighted the changes.
I was planning to purchase a Diamond pass for this season, but now I am concerned.

Issue: Am unable to find racers stuck in unlimited searching. Also appear to be unable to earn rewards/show in leaderboards. After much reading online I believe the quarantine has occurred in error, and is ridiculous as I’ve done nothing wrong, i play daily, often purchase passes etc to support the game and with the Tales event starting this week am potentially going to miss out on most or all of the rewards for milestones, leaderboards and overall prizes if unable to race as well as festive pass etc, which is extremely unfair and unreasonable. I really hope this can be looked into and resolved asap. Regards.

Issue: I know this isn’t an Account Issue but falls in the Same Category.We were told to not update the game on Mobile until Season 19 or else we would not be able to access our Accounts on other Platforms.However,the Game updated on its own without asking me as Games on both Android and iOS update on their own.Does this mean I permanently lost my Account on PS5,Switch 2,PC and iPad?

  • Any additional detail: I have requested a refund from services I used to play this game (Google Play and Nintendo) after the Syndrome box was a complete letdown and was giving me nothing but junk. The refund process was a success a few hours later, but now when I go and check the game. I stumble upon a issue that needs to look at immediately. As you can see from the proof photos below, my 3Token are now in the negative amounts. Is that suppose to be normal or that is a glitch? Either way, please take look into the issue and fix it asap as I cannot able to open Daily Boxes thanks to this game breaking bug of my 3Token. Thank you and have a great day!

Issue: My account seems to be bugged. Every single new limited time event and feature that gets released is worse than what we had before. I think it might be a bug on my account but the community is loudly saying they're having similar experiences. Gameloft please fix.
