Issue: Figment's unique skill sometimes doesn't work correctly. Like, I get three stars, but then the speed boost for some reason won't happen until the next time I activate the skill. And the whole time, the stars will still be floating there and Figment keeps dancing.

Edit: I am now at level 16. The rewards that have not been given to me have only been those for levels 13 and 14.

Issue: Mike's doors are still making him advance a lot or making opponents back a lot when placed in the right locations. It was repoorted since season 1. If you don't know how to fix this bug, just make the effect of advancing or backing ends faster.

Issue: I accidently broke Aladdin when I tried to attempt the shortcut over the lake. 😅 Using his ult before he gets resetted during an "accident" results in Aladdin getting stuck in animation issues, like "invisible kart" or "infinite ultimate". Activating another ultimate after that does not fix the issue.

Issue: Stitch was able to shoot trough walls in this match. It occured after a small disconnect where the connection to the server was gone for 2-3 seconds. Those are not stray animations, those lasers can actually hit. (and Stitch was way behind me) I was not able to capture the first hit, but as you can see I got hit in the 1st second of the video.

Issue: Nightmare Fuel Warning
So there’s this odd bug that I feel Only happens to Capt. Jack Sparrow. Whenever Genie is on the track, for some odd reason Jack copies the finger snapping animation even if it doesn’t do anything. When he does, his body tends to morph and distort to to match Genies, I believe. Video shows example of this. I could attempt to duplicate the bug without the unique ability if need be.

Shang currently seems to have an audio bug when using his charged uique at times, keeps making the twrling sound, sometimes until you can complete a full lap, its loud and unbearable

There is a bug with specifically Anna in which she has a very wobbly/super responsive kart for the whole race after being hit by a trail unique like SBM's and Elizabeth's. It is hard to explain and show. But I will try it anyway. In the video I am attempting to drive in a straight line on the straight and the kart starts to wobble. I am also positive that it makes you lose topspeed. After this bug Anna is slower in straight line with boost than characters with 2k less topspeed.

I hope other players can confirm my feeling dogstare

EDIT: it happens even with Oswald’s charged ability! I guess it’s not a racer bug, but the combo that part of map + autopilot (Aladdin, Oswald)

Angel's normal ability doesn't make her invulnerable 100% of the time, sometimes she's stunned or hacked, this needs to be fixed.

Issue Type: Incorrect Animations

At sheer random times Jack will quickly go into Aladdin's surfing animation pose he does when he rides his carpet. So Jack will quickly snap to surfing on his car (usually after performing a drift boost) then snap back to his seat. I've also randomly seen the battery Goofy chucks behind his car during his skill randomly appear above Jack's head after performing his charged skill a few times. Because it happens so suddenly I do not have any screenshots cuz it isn't even every race it really is just at random.

It's not an issue that makes Jack unplayable or breaks him in anyway, but it is an error that I've seen enough I figured I should report it.

Issue: This is related to both Minnie Mouse and Steamboat Mickey. Whenever either racer finishes a race, their heads constantly bounce up and down throughout. This seems very unnatural for them and it’s not something that shows on their victory animation customization which makes me believe it’s unintentional. This has been a thing since their respectful release dates and was wondering if it needed to be looked at. I haven’t tested or looked entirely, but I believe it happens during the race as well, potentially after they activate their unique abilities.

As you guys are aware, Jasmin's Unique Skill is glitched, cause Rajah will at one point of the race speed up and quickly stun opponents, no matter how far they are. It can also hit opponents who are in last place when Jasmin is in better positions.

In short: This is the most broken unique skill in the game, maybe close to the Timer Skill

P.S.: I couldn't bring a better image cause it happens too fast, but at least the distance of Jasmine on the map to me is to give the idea of how ridiculous it can be.

If you look at all the videos here that show from the activation of Oswald's charged, the common denominator is him hitting a wall or getting hit at the beginning, that should help the coding

Bo Peep has 2 animation bugs when acquiring her unique skill.
The first, when in online play her unique turns blue before becoming yellow.

The second one doesnt even show the first pickup animation and skips straight to the yellow S. I was in local play for this one

I just found out something very interesting. You know how it's been glitching and it's not allowing you to do stunts while a unique is activated? I needed 2 more stunts for my daily xp and the first didn't stunt because I was using unique but the second ramp gave me the stunt but also told me I had met the goal. Even though the animation doesn't activate, it still counts it. So it's just an animation glitch.

Upon further review, whether or not they protect you has no bearing on the cloak. Sometimes you're protected, sometimes you're not.
Please tell me this is a bug and not ACTUALLY designed this way.

If you fire a shot backward, you remove one of your green protective flowers.

If the same person touches 2 red flowers in quick succession you lose both flowers, but obviously only stun them once.

If you use her unique ability while the flowers are despawning, and going through the animation where they close up, it cancels the new activation.

Maybe this is just a syncstorm issue, but sometimes her red flowers stun people, and aren't consumed, and the stun doesn't register in the list of actions in the right-side menu.

Nothing could escape me out of this outside of leaving the race. Never encountered this before

I see that issues with Ortensia's Charged Unique are being addressed, but I've noticed two things that aren't in the proposed fixes.

  1. When a player uses the Charged Shot Ability and it targets me it just stays in my model and drains my Flower Charges slowly. I feel like the Shot should be destroyed once it consumes one of my charges and this isn't working as intended.

  2. Beneficial "Obstacles" are consuming Flower Charges as well. Specifically, Aladdin's Coin Piles are reducing the number of Flower Charges. I feel this is also not working as intended.

Issue: Aladdin normal activation is supposed to grant invulnerability, and the player has no control, but running into an obstacle results in a stun. IF this is just the end of the activation, it should not steer you directly into an obstacle.

So there’s two things I’ve noticed with Elsa. One, sometimes when she uses her charged unique, after she uses another item almost immediately, her standing animation from her unique glitches out a bit.

Second, going a few seconds into the video, when I activate her charged unique the ice doesn’t make any sound, or it’s incredibly low. When you use her in the daily LTE, you can always very clearly hear it. But recently, specially sometime after I starred her up, you won’t hear it.

Minor bug, but the tooltip for Stitch's special still says it makes him invincible, even though you removed that part at the start of the season

Yesterday, there has been a discussion and finding that the top speed statistic for racers seems bugged.

After some testing, it appears that the top speed attribute stops contributing to the actual in-game top speed after the statistic exceeds 122% of the racer base statistic for top speed (reference % is based on max level to compare).

This makes adding only top speed crew useless as the bug does not allow more top speed to be added at a certain point. Which takes away the intention of having player customization and disallows creating racer "builds". It adds a hard cap to racer statistics and is not communicated, nor in any way implied.

Please fix this.

In summary, the following racers are confirmed and tested by multiple players. This issue seems to be present across the board for all racers. Layout is [RACER] - [TOP SPEED STAT HARD CAP] - [MPH INGAME HARD CAP]:
Mickey - 6100 - 135MPH
Bo Beep - 8400 - 155MPH
Randall - 8200 - 148MPH
Buzz - 8800 - 159MPH
Sulley - 9100 - 160MPH
Jessie - 6400 - 137MPH
Stitch - 6200 - 136MPH

How it is tested: by equipping certain crew to in-/decrease Top Speed for the racer and going into game, boosting into a straight line and looking at the displayed MPH. The MPH not changing when top speed increases indicates the threshold had been reached. With the gathered amounts of Top Speed stats for some racers, the hard cap was compared to the base statistic, which concluded in the max crew can add in Top Speed is 22/23% of the racer's base statistic for Top Speed.

Issue: On the PS5 version I equipped the Playstation Plus exclusive Hercules & Mulan outfit & kart livery (Sterling Legacy, Olympus Sterling Edition, Dragon Flame Sterling Edition). I then switched to the Steam version of the game, those outfits & kart liveries show correctly on Hercules & Mulan in the menus. However when I select Hercules/Mulan and start any event I get error code 2-4 and when I start multiplayer mode I get error code 0-1-1. If I select a different outfit & livery before racing then the errors go away.

You've nerfed him again and have not fixed his doors at all. They still have major issues:

-his door placement is terrible at times
-he can destroy his own doors with a shot
-if he gets stunned before a door he just goes straight through without triggering it.
-sometimes doors dont spawn at all
-and worst of all doors sometimes don't teleport you when going through them.

Mike used to be super amazing back in season 1 but now with so many characters he's basically hard to play, plus new players won't have the crew members to compete and not to mention other characters get host for free. (aladdin)

Lilo's uncharged unique skill lowers the power level of her common skills with crew memebers equipped.

A friend relayed this information to me that with Lilo, if her unique skill with the camera is active, the power-up upgrades she gets from crew members gets disabled.
They have David with Lilo, so her rush power-up is at power level 5. If they get the rush power-up while the is camera out, any rush they pull will be at power level 3.
They also have Ice Cream Man that brings Lilo's shield up to power level 3. With the camera active, any shield they get will be at power level 1.

Issues (?): Sergeant Calhoun's Unique ability seems to have... well, bugs of its own. Sometimes the first crater that is formed, Calhoun does not interact with. There's other times where (notable on multiplayer) can interact/blow up an enemy Calhoun's crater and still get the points (this is not a frequent occurrence; I've had it happen in one match, and then it didn't happen in another match). Also, Calhoun sometimes gets 500 points for blowing up a crater instead of the standard 100. Not sure if the last one can be considered a bug, but something to look into.

Barbossa doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason for when his invincibility triggers. Sometimes, it will activate at the start of the race for getting the green range (perfect start, for lack of a better phrase), and last the rest of the race.
Other times, it will trigger the first time he activates his ability and stay on.
Other times, it will trigger the first ability, then turn off on the third activation of his ability.

Issue: Calhoun's Unique does not work, in Ranked, Regulated and all other events.
Description:

  • After spawning cybugs, Calhoun does not get boost each time she seals one. The score also does not count, and therefore the duration of her charged does not increase too.
  • In the video, you can see that Calhoun sealed a lot of cybugs, enough to reach maximum points, and the charged only lasted for 2s instead of 6s. Calhoun does not receive boost for each sealed cybug too.

Good job fixing the incorrect top speed bug that was plaguing most racers since Inside Out!

However 2 racers still have bugged top speed stat: Goofy and Baloo.

Both are quite a bit faster than what their top speed stat suggest.

Level 30 Baloo has lower top speed stat than Figment (5240 vs 5245) but Baloo is actually quite a bit faster than Figment (173 KM/H vs 169 KM/H)

Level 30 Goofy has lower top speed stat than Randall (4649 vs 4711), but Goofy is faster (166 KM/H vs 163 KM/H).

You can see a graph of the top speed stat and the KM/H without boost. Almost perfectly linear, but Goofy and Baloo stick out like sore thumbs (Barbossa is excluded from the graph because of his curse).

Issue: Broken Racer Sargent Calhoun

Her unique skill is broken and not working properly. Watch the race I posted below, but let me give you a detailed explanation of the problem:

Normal: When she seals the cybug pits with the grenade, she doesn’t get that speed boost after sealing them and doesn’t generate any score points for her charged activation. However, the thing that still works is the cybug pits stunning rival racers who run into them.

Charged: Her glider ride lasts for about 2 seconds because of her score points issue noted above. 👆 for example, If I had 5000 score points her ride should last for about 6 to 7 seconds.

That's whats causing Aladdin the get the clock, since he doesn't have a Defensive Skill the game doesn't know what to do and gives him the clock.

Speedsters seems to cycle between their own Speedster skill and their unique.

This bug seems to triggers after a Unique skill has been used by the leading racer.

This has been reported a lot so here's some context. Calhoun regular unique doesn't count points. It was bugged in previous update and it was partly fixed. The unique is working normally in solo-mode. However the unique is still broken in team-mode and doesn't count points there. It's also working in custom lobbies and local freeplay.

TLDR: Calhoun unique is broken in TEAM-mode only

Issue: I suspect the attack value is wrong in Goofy and Pete,Goofy should be +1000 points, Pete should be -1000 points.

The reason is I found that when they are both LV30 without CREWS,The attack data of each type of racers has a certain regularity.the Brawlers basically remain at 4018 floats, while the defenders is at 4578 floats, but I notice that Peter's attack data has reached astonishing 5196 No defenders at the same level can avoid being knocked out by him, mainwhile Goofy only at 3515, which means that any brawlers can knock him out, I think they are got the attack data wrong for both.

Aladdin:
Due to the skill item changes in Season 10, he is able to pick up the Teleport (Clock) item when in 1st place in any 1 versus 1 situation after using two Unique abilities in a row.

Beast:
After activating Beast's ability by using his Unique 3 times in total, he is supposed to be able to only pick up his Unique. This isn't the case, after pickiing his unique twice, on the third item box he is given a random skill.

Miss Piggy:
Her unique ability drops 2 times less compared to any other racer in the game.

Ralph:
He picks up the Boost skill item way more often than he should be.

Anger:
He picks up the Shield item way more often than he should be.

Either a bug or an oversight? Traditionally, a Mid-Season Racer does not become as CPU until after their introductory season is concluded, and has been the case since Season 1. Unless this is intentional, and that’s changed, I have not encountered them at all, but have encounter all other racers 3-5 times each out of about 200 races tested. I don’t know if this will be addressed in the hotfix or they added later in Part 2/3, but, I thought I would let you guys know.

Her skill setup is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. The skill item frequency is all over the place compared to any other racer in the game. She can also pick up Cloak Cloak from item boxes despite it being removed from her skill loadout (This is after the December 18th patch). I wish I had something more concrete but every race I played produced different results. Other times Hack drops WAY more often (I know it's her main common skill but it drops even more than it's supposed to), other times Fire drops more often, other times her unique drops way less often.

Sadness:
Both versions of her Unique skill slow down teammates in Team Mode.

Violet:
Her Passive ability is not mentioned in her skills menu.

Issue: Mr. Incredible charged unique doesn't work. There's clearly not enough talk about it so I will explain what actually happens. Whenever Mr. Incredible gets hit during the charged unique skill, he will lose control and become unable to drift and jump for the remainder of the original charged duration. What this means is that if Mr. Incredible gets hit at the start of the charged skill, he will become super slow for up to 15 seconds which is absurd. If he gets hit at the very end the issue isn't clearly noticeable because the regular duration will re-fresh Mr. Incredibles status before the issue is noticeable. This is very poor coding and easy to fix. I will also include 2 example videos of the issue to make it obvious. In both of the clips Mr. Incredible becomes unable to drift for around 16 seconds. It also means that his low handling stat will reduce his speed whenever he tries to turn becoming increasingly slow and preventing his ability to gain boost. For extra context Mr. Incredible is level 50 in the video with a max speed of 236 km/h.

If the second charged skill is used before the first skill has finished, the animation will repeat and Dash will run for another few seconds as expected. However his speed drops to his normal top-speed after the time for the first charged skill has elapsed.

I first noticed this in part one and was disappointed to see it again through part two and three. I wanted to be sure that it was brought to your attention.

This is a more common one, When I use Mickey’s normal activation of the skill and I get stunned, it doesn’t help after the stun because it’s slowing me down until the duration of the skill ends. This applies for Dash’s Charged version of his unique skill and any other racer that has similar unique skills like this.

Issue: Issues with the evil queens ultimates, they are both bugged in teammode.

  1. Evil Queens normal ultimate where she goes invisible and should drop apples on touching opponents doesn´t work all the time. I don´t know if it´s desync or something else in her coding.
  2. Evil Queens normal ultimate where she goes invisible seems bugged when touching teammates. Teammates make the "cloak" disappear on contact and the Queen doesn´t drop any apples. The ult just vanishes without giving any advantages.
  3. Evil Queens charged ultimate attacks own teammates when she´s not in first place, but her own teammate is. The animation plays out without slowing the teammate, but doesn´t give any speedboost to either the evil queen or the teammate that was affected by her ultimate. Again, ultimate doesn´t give any advantages and seems useless. (compared to Jumba for example who drops the laser behind his own teammate, when teammate is in first place.)

on point "2". I don´t think that the ultimate should vanish when touching teammates. The "cloak" should remain until the timer runs out or the evil queen touches an opponent.

Issue 1: Purchased the Kristoph Supercharged chain to max him and got duplicate exchange for the 6-8 shards I already had. Did the same for Hans, and did not for the 5 shards I had.

Issue 2: Intergalactic Rally is not giving duplicates for anything. I have Lilo and Stitch maxed and did not get any when I got their shards.

Issue 3: Intergalactic Rally and perhaps elsewhere. Stich cannot charge the rush skill. It instantly does 1 hop forward only. Looks like Jasmine is having the same issue from above comments.

Issue 4: San Fransokyo Cup. Completed it yesterday. Now it is showing my placement, but no time and rank is {value}. (screenshot)

    After picking it up twice, he will then be given a random common skill. (Issue dates back to October/November 2024.)

  • Dr. Finkelstein
    After collecting 3 Ideas and then using another Charged Unique, the major speed boost ends way earlier than his wheelchair animation does. This also means that the boost bar remains locked for longer than it should.
    (Issue since release.)

  • Gaston
    Stunning opponents with his Unique abilities does not refill the boost bar. (This wasn't always an issue as far as I know but I don't know when exactly it became one.)

  • Maleficent
    If she gets stunned right before she goes into Dragon Form, the boost bar locks up and she won't be able to trigger Manual Boosts for the remainder of the race.
    (Issue since release.)

  • Miss Piggy
    Her Unique ability doesn't drop as often as it should from item boxes. (She only picks it up once per rotation instead of thrice, bugged since release.)

  • Mr. Incredible
    He is able to pick up the Shield skill from item boxes slightly more often than he should (Twice every rotation instead of once, bugged since release.)
    The same applies for the Rush skill as well, only in this case he picks it up thrice every rotation instead of once.

  • Mrs. Incredible
    Her skill loadout is straight up bugged. She is still able to drop Cloak from item boxes and the rest of the skills do not follow the drop pattern all other racers are expected to have.

  • Ortensia
    Her Green Flowers do not protect her from stuns properly. Various abilities and skills still stun her. (Issue since release.)

  • Ralph
    He is able to pick up the Boost skill from item boxes slightly more often than he should (Thrice every rotation instead of once, bugged since release.)

    The backwards throwing skill animation needs to be disabled when his Charged Unique animation is playing. (Issue since release.)

I’ve tested about 100 races on all platforms, and not a single race had Emperor Zurg, Forky, Lotso, Cinderella or Aurora as CPUs. I’m not sure how you want me to prove this, but I’m certain if the devs can check whatever “toggle” makes them CPUs you’ll see what I’m saying. Typically new Seasonal Racers are in the CPU pool immediately and mid-season racers can be CPUs the following season of their debut. If this has changed, I’d appreciate knowing since it ruins immersion a bit.

Also, this is like the third time I’m reporting this but, Local Freeplay still only spawns Season 1 through 4 racers.

The problem is that Miss Piggys spotlight doesn't take in to account Piggys speed and is therefore un-usable most of the time. Hercules had that issue before but Pegasus was re-coded to take in to account his speed and location which made it really good. Piggy and Alice should have similar coding.

When Trash Magnet is activated, if Forky hits a floating boost, it triggers the trash boost effect and also loses one of the trash. This also affects attaining heights in jumps and can boost into walls when not wanted.

Racers that suffer of this issue: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Randall (when he fills the bar), Figment, Buzz Lightyear (some times the normal unique locks the manual boost the entire race) , Cruella de Vil, Maleficent (some times the dragon form locks the manual boost the entire race), Dash (when using his charged unique), Rinzler (same issue of Buzz Lightyear), Zuse, Hiro (when using his charged unique). All of them can glitch when using and get hit in the process, even if they was supposed to be invulnerable. Please 🙏 look for this annoying bug that is in the game since day 1.

Just had a multiplayer race using Tigger where he was hit by a Shot skill while I was activating Tigger’s charged skill. The charged skill loaded while I was in the Shot’s hit animation, when I regained control I could see Tigger’s charged unique spinning animation, but I still had control of the kart at its normal speed. The spinning animation continued and did not end until I later got Tigger’s unique skill again and was able to activate the charged ability, which then resolved as normal.

Player ID: DS-3de75gd Issue: Here is a direct comparison to prove the bug: Look at Supercharged Oswald – the Supercharged logo is clearly pulsing with thunder and lightning effects. Now look at my Bo Peep; despite being Level 1 SC, her logo looks completely normal.

On top of the missing visual effects, I didn't receive any of the promised Top Speed increase either. To be honest, Bo Peep didn't feel like a Supercharged racer at all during my entire session. It felt like the Supercharged status was never actually activated in-game, despite the UI showing it as 'Unlocked.' The engine is clearly treating her like a standard racer. Gameloft, please look into this!

Issue: Randall supercharge is functioning so bad to the point where having him not super charged is better.

Like the player above me pointed out, his tap special is causing him to get ~150mph / 242 kmh (normal max top speed) after collecting his 5th scream, where he should be going ~180 mph / 290 kmh

His charge (door) special has a bug where his speed reverts back to ~150mph / 242 kmh long before the effect ends. This is shown in the video below starting around the 15 second mark. You can clearly see the speed revert back to normal boost speed about 24 seconds in despite the effect lasting much longer.

Please fix this ASAP and please test these implementations before releasing them and charging money for them.

Issue: The new Orange Programs crew member is absolutely worthless. There's 0 reason why anyone would ever use him. There's already an identical crew member to him. And there's also a better version of him in the form of Marv. Alan doesn't have the same shield bonus but other than that he still has the same stats with extra top speed. You're also supposed to use yellow epic crew so there's literally no reason why anyone would even need this new crew member. He needs to have different stats to give him purpose.

Gogo can't use items for about 2-3 seconds after her charged unique ends. It completely throws off rhythm especially if you try to use a charged skill because you have to press and hold it for 1-2 seconds only to find out that you pressed the button "too soon".

In all honesty though, its an odd design choice to do a similar unique to Dash's charged but make it worse in that it last half as long at POW4 and Gogo can't use items either.

Also, Randall is still broken and you've tried to sell his super charge shards on 2 more occasions since the original feedback was reported.

Issue: Some Racer are showing very Odd Number of Shards.They are showing 0 out of 0 Shards.In the Pic below,you can see Elsa,Belle,Lilo,Elizabeth Swann and Mickey Mouse are showing these weird Shard Numbers.I was very confused until I found something common with all these Racer.They are all Racers I have Supercharged.This is also affecting the Shard Numbers in the Racer Tab.Here for Example,Elsa shows 0 out of 0 Supercharge Tokens instead of Racer Shards.This Issue does not affect Racer with Maxed Out Shards but is very problematic with Racers that I maxed out before the Season such as Belle,Sadness,Donald Duck etc.

Additionally,getting the 6th Star requires 60 Racer Shards.However,I have 78 Shard with Racers who have Max Number of Shards before the Season.So when I get the 6th Star for these Racers(Which I probably won’t be able to because of the Amount of Tune Coins being given),what will happen with the remaining 18 Shards?

Zootopia Karts have a Weird Bug regarding Manual Boost.They have 2 Exhausts but only One Light Ups(Don’t know that Effect is called) when the Manual Boost Bar is Full while the 2nd Exhaust does not.Even in the Starting Boost Minigame,only One lights up.They both work normally when going over Speedpads,Drift Boosting or using Manual Boost(See Videos below).

This issue first happened in Season 16 with Winnie the Pooh Karts and the same issue carried on to Zootopia Karts in Season 17.Please fix this as it very weird as other Collections before them don’t have this Issue.

Bug with new racer Pete- Got Pete to 1'Star and Pete's fire skill, when placing the Crew Pedro or Magica on him, DOES NOT increase its POW level. his Fire just remains at POW 1.
