So damage-wise Arts Intensity does benefit both Solidify and Shatter. The issue lies in that Shatter is a phys status and does Phys Damage. This doesnt benefit from Cryo DMG%. You also have to lose out on a lot of potential damage from Basic attack DMG% or CR by trying to fit in Arts Intensity. It's just not worth the investment compared to the other two. Yvonne really wants Crit rate for her Crit Damage buffs/effects and her ult benefits from basic attack DMG% over anything else (Maybe more CR? But the difference between CR and Basic dmg% is extremely small with Basic attack DMG% coming ahead by like 5-10%)

To be fair, Perlica with Stanza isn't doing insane amounts of damage. It's more Perlica with Oblivion that's doing crazy damage. But by proxy the team damage suffers quite a lot in return.
