Feedback Channel Rework

Dear Endministrators,

We have reworked the feedback channels to better optimise the experience for players submitting their feedback.

The forums for game feedback are now separated from bug reports. You can use #1481339209208959107 for submitting your feedback and #1481345124939075756 to report any bugs you found in the current game version.

Please read and follow the guidelines and make sure that your post follows the format given. Any post found violating these guidelines and server rules will be deleted. If you have any questions or concerns, kindly reach out to Endfield Modmail (@final dawn).

Each forum has a limit of 100 messages and six-hour slow mode. This is to give a chance for the authors to follow up or further explain their feedback/report to users who have questions towards it. Voting and commenting on posts will help the developers understand the situation more, but will not be an indication that something will be addressed or implemented.

Feedback forum posts should not involve urgent matters requiring immediate customer service attention, such as account or payment issues. Such cases must be directed to customer support at [e-mail].

Post Guidelines:
Use proper tags in the forum. Various tags are available for use depending on the type of feedback. Should you find that your type of feedback is untaggable, use “Others” for now, and you may send in a request in #discord-feedback .

Make sure that your post is legitimate feedback and follows server guidelines. Please also double-check other posts to see whether or not your feedback has been posted before. Redundant posts will be deleted.

We had to rebuild and reconfigure the server for a whole week. A hearty thank you to our new staff for their hard work on the server overhaul. During this downtime, we made sure that now the server will be a welcoming environment for our future Endministrators.
