In the long run, you can use less ammo in fights when using the scar because you should be hitting around 80% at 125M with M4, but 90% at 125M the ScarL. The lower recoil helps to hit shots

Even with the best attachments, the M4 is very jittery, but the Scar's consistent recoil helps in longer range ingagements, but in close range fights the M4 wins every time

ScarL & AK5c: Better for long range engagements and have superior Line of vision with sights.
M4 & G36K: High fire rate and high recoil which is better for close range and fights around 80m.
Galil: Highest damage of all the 5.56 weapons and an all around jack of all trades. Not the best sight placement and mag verity, but is consistent in recoil, damage, and range
