I do play it on oculus app which is separate from quest hmd one

1. what build you are on: You can find out from their profile in the main menu
2. Whats your in-game name (steam name or oculus name)
3. Headset type
4. selected launch option [steamvr, openxr, oculus, etc.]

It doesnt work for a lot, if you are trying to launch with VD with no luck, dont launch with VD
