It shows on the video but I don't know if discord's compression algo will let it show. It make the game almost unplayable sometimes, it's like 1 frame over 2~5 is going back. If you need to buy things from the hospital you’re doing it wrong. The Shiro quests are way easier and food can be found easily in raid. And I’ve got my med situation solved for good with just one harvest of weed. The only three traders anyone should ever worry about is Minty Spectre and Shiro

You can find food in raid without eating it right away you know. Run Silo a bunch of times and stock up on any food you find, collect water bottles. The benefits of Jiri mean nothing when you can level Shiro asap and get AP before everyone else
