That is entirely possible though. He could known where you were in the smoke and continued shooting that spot or just shot through. Or he still saw you as fey said. Smoke takes a bit before covering the are entirely.

Not sure if this is something in tabor or not, but with games like onward, smoke is client sided. This means that some people can have slightly different models of smoke and thus can give someone the opportunity for them to take precise shots. This probably isn't the case, but could be a possibility.

Pay to win packs. If you’re a beginner in this game the tutorial is not good for you and if you encounter a player the devs literally just say “haha! If you don’t got friends then Womp Womp” and you have to play solo forever unless you find that 0.1% of people that will actually welcome you and be friends. Then there is the content creators. I like them but also I don’t because the content creators only really love this game because it provides content and well They also have extremely good stuff from again. Pay to win things.

And the bad thing about this game is that it really has a lot of people who will spend a ton of time in it because it is unique. And those are the people that buy all that stuff and from that stuff they get better stuff and then they willl literally dog on anyone who just wants to have fun

It is a hardcore game that is a huge learning curve, this is not fortnite, it takes a long time to learn. its not easy. it's about learning how to play. You can learn to survive even with junk or literally nothing. It's all perspective. This is a VR version of a hardcore extraction shooter, making it easy defeats the point. To a degree, it is about 'getting good lol'

Consider that the advantage you get from buying a better edition would take you like 1 day to get without it, so if you’re not starting day 1 of wipe there’s not much of a difference betweeen someone with a better edition and any of the players you’re likely to encounter. The dlc guns are not better than anything available at the same level from specter so you’re not disadvantaged by not having them
