Ok, so ST is standard, this is basic ammo. TR is tracer, it basically makes your bullets light up as you shoot them, and AP is armor piercing, you will only find this in vaults

Islands kinda useless other than good valuable spawns and mamba and I guess one shot vault
Mall is really good for red two bosses gpu spawns creator item spawns and plenty more good value stuff but also comes with the risk that tatra can kill fast ash and foxtrots can overwhelm
