The way i have mine set up the reload is simple, i take my non-dominant hand off and grab my new mag while detaching my dominant then magpalm and reload then snap both hands back on, once i bring it back up my reticle is right where i need it

It works perfectly with Tabor. A lot of people playing Tabor with it every day. It is perfect for looting etc. Both hands are free. And very good in sniping. Overall it is the more affordable Tomahawk iteration which has the best features from Tomahawk. Split design, excellent balance, sturdiness, perfect tracking, cheekrest etc.

The Butcher is not overpriced. The Tomahawk, if I will find the way to make it easier and faster will be cheaper, but not in near time.

People who really like gunstocks thinking about reading the Tabor one but Jesus Christ it comes with a hefty price tag $100 (that is including the part that supports your arm because that’s pretty much needed) does it look like a good nonstock for this game? I’m very convinced on getting it, but the price tag is a little concerning.

For me any way only problem I had was I needed to reset and redo them after this last update. Caused my hands to have to diffrent offsets for some reason.

I can’t ever think stocks would be this deep, never used one and might not ever, I always free hand and in a lot of cases for competitive play in leagues and such I use a virtual stock

But for tabor I just do free hand because the virtual stock is really funky

Can’t snap fast cause the way you gotta hold your hands a weird way and honestly I can aim better with out it

Maybe there’s a way to make it better but my free hand is so much better than my virtual stock, tabor is the only instance in which I prefer free hand over virtual stock

Fwiw the cf tubes only cost 20 dollars retail. The only hard part is cups for the controllers and you can buy them separate. Am I going to build my own stock? Probably not.. am I going to complain that they should cost 75 dollars instead of 300 absofuckinglutely.

The really fun part though is that you can choose exactly what price point you are comfortable with. From coathangers and ducttape to gold-dipped one-of-a-kind CNCd custom work. Each to their own.

does anyone have the issue where sometimes when you let go of the gun your right arm remains too short? I have physical gunstock on and all guns calibrated to be fairly close to my eye so I have a large aimpoint. I assume the gunstock calibration is changing the length of the arm, but sometimes when I let go of the gun the arm stays short, making it impossible to reach the ground and a pain in the ass.

I've deleted the playersettings in savegame an reinstalled the game, unfortunately my physical gunstock calibration is still completely unusable ☹️
Without calibration I attach my controllers to the stock and when I hold the gun it will always be in the same position.
With physical gunstock option enabled when I hold the gun with controllers attached it's always in another position making it unreliable and unpractical when it's in weird angles

I just bought the game and compared to contractors well there is no comparison frankly gunstock just does not work well with this game. I hope they will fix this soon since overall feel and gameplay loop are fun and enjoyable even when I die most of the time. Map design is also top notch. What is strange is that on standalone quest 2 I don't have so many bugs with gunstock usage it's just the pc version that acts weird. Shame since quest standalone is basically low resolution smeared with butter lens experience.

Yeah there is a lot of them on the market. Just get one you like or it seems worth a try. When it comes to gunstock you definitely need some sort of attachment like a bungee strap otherwise it's a nightmare to use one

So if you print one would recommend to use something like that.

check the pin in this channel for step by step instructions on how to use the calibration. you can't make everything have the exact same physical setup, but you can get it optimized for your stock (provided you have a compatible one) and then your protube can do the rest of the work

I can kinda get this to work with most guns I have other problem. When I do the calibration right when I'm done and I also adjust or not the angle of my hands every time I get pistol in my hand and ther put it back my hands go goofy 45 to 70 degrees down. It's problematic to then pick anything up and down right annoying. So I pick Glock first time I can aim naturally no problem, put it on my leg, pick it up again and now I'm aiming on someone's feet. And it's consistent like that dunno why.
