I feel like it has to be one of the pieces of software that was installed then, unless there is weird undervolting happening with the hardware (or maybe some of the hardware was bought used, and has issues)? I just re-installed windows 11 2 months ago (new cpu/gpu/mobo/ram/etc), right before the wipe started. I've used both Oculus directly, and more recently, SteamVR + VD, with tabor, and 0 issues with anything. none of the issues you ran into. do you install any additional anti-virus software on top of Windows Defender, or something else that might be running in the background, doing things?

what you want though for optimal looting is a place with a dense amount of containers, like the labs on island, lots of containers in one place. mall would be good if it wasn't filled with murderbots.

silo might be good since its small and theres minimal opposition, can get in and out quick and do more runs, instead of running 10 minutes place to place on island

Im not. Its not clear how the horizontal water meter, plus water pump devices each play a role. MY water pump devices have lasted over a month and are about to expire. The horizontal "water level" decreases and refills randomly. I can refill this horizontal meter by manually pouring water, or reloading bunker seems to also reset it to max.

Basically, theres a lot that is glitched and no one knows

Eh, there is no set amount of "items" because they vary so much depending on the person to person
Most people do money (minimum like 600k I'd say to 1.1m) if you add on items (once again, depending on items)
you just gotta ask people for what kinda items they would want and see how much money it takes off

Getting money is easy, just run raids, kill people, loot, sell shit
Getting easy money is just by running mall with a jpc, adventure bag and sks / akm with like one mag and some promedol
kill a buncha foxtrots, take their armour and shove it in your bag (and take their kits, not mags, strip their rigs and don't take much else from them
then stack up on rigs, c1300's and you have a buncha free shit (and it sells pretty good)
