Best settings (i have no idea about ur specs so no clue if u can run em at that) would probably be all graphics on high (epic makes no difference except using more performance), while having fooliage on low to get rid of the grass.

And then you want to make sure that your resolution is actually at its native max for ur displays

when i load up tabor, and the game starts loading the ping it freezes. i have deleted tje save file and uninstalled as well as checking game integrity files.

Pcvr i assume? That seems to be a common issue since one of the recent patched, i have the same issue.
Altough it only lasts for a few seconds before the game is fine again.
I saw some others mentioning it aswell tho, ranging from 10 minutes to indefinite

no that was my mistake, id run pve to get some practice and learn the maps. Cards are very rare these days, they will not be in loot containers, only in their static spawns, if they do spawn

i personally think its either just make missions rewards more valuable (the missions at the kiosk will eventually reward you cards sometimes), as well as AP being quite common in keycards they tried to balance ap distribution that way. Because there are so many containers i feel like they put them to mainly spawn in cards. just my gut feeling tho could be completely wrong on that

In the quest named "Ought Be Damned" with Hospital it demands the turn-in of Ragesaq Saber, but looking at the wiki about Ragesaq Saber it says it no longer spawns.. How do we go around that?
