what you can get is a possible range of said percentage by testing it very often.
if you test more often, your result will be somewhat more accurate.
Yet, with the rng factor, it wont be fully accurate.

What helps is comparing to other armor parts with the same protection grade aswell as different caliber classes (classes mind you, not just different calibers).

In this current case, altyn and mich have the exact same protection grade, which in itself invalidates the statement of that fella anyways tho.

possible, check what hertz your pc is running steamvr in, in the steamvr settings menu, you can lower down to 120/90 if at 144, your performance will be smoother then (tho i have an index so this might be useless, not sure if quest has those settings)
