Not sure where else to talk about this, but is anyone else still having issues getting into the game? I'm native on Quest 2 and I still get a black screen after booting up the game and it does the first time optimization. I've done the usual troubleshoot stuff (Restart headset, uninstall then reinstall game, etc.) and did what the devs recommended and nothing worked. Anyone have any ideas or is this just a "wait a week for them to fix the game"?

Some guestimates for wipe are within a month, in june or unprecedented late summer.
The Island expansion is currently a WIP and it was planned as wipe launch. Last socials video said that the island expansion is planned for late summer, but clearly it could as well be delayed and only happen in autumn.
If CW want to move expansion with a wipe, it's either they do earlier wipe now or they have to hold off the wipe till later and then rush the expansion itself.
Then again, they could just not do the expansion with a wipe.

Also due to quests and tasks being planned to have a much needed rebalance, those will have to be redone with a wipe due to the nature of the rewards they give and trader levels tied to it.
Reworking quests will take a considerable amount of work and I don't believe CW could manage to do it in a month. So that too, either we are several months away from wipe or we are stuck for 2 wipes with badly opimized quests/tasks 🤷‍♂️

Take your time. Do some naked runs to get used to the game mechanics. Practice clearing rooms in training raids. Use the tutorial area to get used to the different gun types in case you need to use a different type in a pinch. And always take what a BOA says seriously, they know what they are doing.

I'm assuming you mean that its taking a long time to get into a raid? Try resetting your ping on the bottom left of the center terminal. Many people have this issue. The game has server issues at times. It's also a time of the lowest player counts.

Grind brother. That's all there is to it. Try getting an adventure bag and run silo and just grab everything you find. Activate the sell 50k to Spectre mission and sell it all. Also scav kills. They are easy.

You have to buy it. You can transfer your data if you have both purchased. There is pcvr for Meta also. Google "Meta quest link" and download the app. It will take you through the steps to get ur headset connected. Make sure the specs of your PC are compatible with pcvr and strong enough to run tabor. I have a 2060 and it runs smooth with a couple hiccups here and there

The round is slowed down once it pens the shield. A slower round cannot pen as much as a faster round. It needs some in depth testing, especially once cws decides on a final armor value for it, but theoretically, a round that pens a shield has an even lower chance to pen armor beyond it. either that or the damage value is lower
