Im thinking what happnes when ypu dupe it is that when the button first is pressed it takes item a second to load and, and when you repress the button before the item loads, it dupes it. So with a slight delay it would give the item a second to actually load in before the button is pressed again.

• Devs add stuff or fix stuff. Things that are more or less finished and not leaks of stuff that they would be working on
• Compile a test version with seperate launcher that can be downloaded
• Put it on seperate server
• Launch it and open it up for 1 to 2 weeks at a time
• Make a discord channel for Public Test Server
• Anyone above level 30 who has linked their game account to discord can join PTS. No NDA but inappropriate activities will carry over a ban to main account
• PTS discord only has community announcements on changes introduced and bug to look out for and instructions on how to make a perfect bug report
• One channel where only threads with bugs can be posted
• One form for general feedback from PTS
• After 1-2 weeks, close the PTS and send information to devs.

Sure, adds more work for community manage and will require another dev for compiling and shit, but it's cheaper than hiring a whole ass team of QA that won't work more than 8 hours, like 3 of them actually being effective, while free labor gamers will probably put in twice as much into it each.

Also gives more and better communication with community. Seeing progress on game carries over good sentiment to general community from the testers. Would show CW actually cares.

I would just prepare to head-tap every scav you see in the future. It's clear that devs want to make the more difficult than they are now.

Yeah, most cases you will need to use WD-40 contact cleaner. Check out google video tutorials and make sure you have specifically contact cleaner, not regular wd-40. Helped for me. If it does not - get ready to buy joystick replacement kit.
