Honestly I don't even do that. I go naked when I lost my shit due to being stupid, till I get a decent kit back. And I just grab whatever gun I find in raid. The key is to be opportunistic and know that you go matka for armor, island for weapons, underground for ammo etc.

My missions are like fucking kill 30 scavs 1.5k xp and kill kertec 3k xp

I don’t need to level Spector to get good shot tho

But I did the math and minimum time required for me to go to 3-4 Spector stacking missions the most efficiently it would take around 3 hours assuming I never die I complete all the missions in one raid before extracts open (this is impossible) and I’m instantly into and out of raid

Rewards differ slightly between them for the most part. However difficulty needs to be considered. Some tasks are very easy to do on low level but then near impossible on high level, so for some traders, depending on your strategy, good minmax strat is to stay low level, do the easy tasks one after another till you grind the rep and then just buy your way to level 5.
Spectre is not one of them, you will be better off doing kill tasks with spectre on higher level than lower.

its preference really. if you can handle yourself solo and taking slightly more damage from scavs, and don't mind forgoing airdrops for right now*, but if you like tabor the way its always been played, stick with pvpve. im a pve solo player, have been since wipe, and i love it. the scavs are partly dumb, but also make really interesting choices so unless you're perfectly stealthy, the engagements are different every time. if you like streaming games to friends, but don't wanna deal with other people pve is perfect for that too.

i haven't noticed anything dropping more or less, but i also haven't found a single red keycard or fought krtek yet (im lazy)

unless they've magically changed it without a patch, i've tested it myself with all ammo types and all armors, it will always one tap to torso through any armor, i haven't tried it without a suppressor though so that could be the issue idk

wiki says it should still be over 100 but we all know that its been changed a bit so its possible that it doesn't onetap unsuppressed, though i doubt it

There's only one gun you should never full auto with and that's the AKM the recoil is just horrible unless your target is like 10 meters away from you

I typically do what my gut tells me is right. Also depends on the gun like with the bar, you‘re never gonna really aim that thing. Never one hand guns tho, unreliable unless you’re in a complete panic
