What I Think is happening is that the scav aims and pulls the trigger and since they are coded to hit a certain % of their shots, each trigger pull is counted as "one shot" since the m16 fires in a burst and they dont really suffer from recoil, all three bullets share the same accuracy meaning the 3 bullets in the burst hit more often than 3 bullets fired individually from another gun. This could mean that the m16 scav has the same aim as every other scav, they hit more often because their "one shot" is technically 3. Just a theory ive been working on and havent seriously tested

Till balancing things happen, there is no real logic to how weapons and mags get released. They are all being developed in vacuum and then something changes and then everyone forgets about it if nobody from development and QA team uses it when they play on their own.
That's how we got the whole Mac 10 mag mess. And how we will get even mores mess like that when the other 10 guns get dropped in the game - they will all be developed in vacuum, worked on by different devs, and will be all over the place. Calling it now.

Dedicated servers are for sure not coming while the game is still selling. And if they would offer such solution, they would not waste their own resources to host the server and just let people buy a dedicated server kit to host them with their own resources.

Pre-patch when item would not go in properly inside backpack it kept falling out. I wasted time on that for sure. Also a waste of time is to reorganize your backpack because it's kinda full but there is space for the item you found somewhere in the middle, where the collision would not let the item go. Pretty sure taking half your backpack out to put it back in, wastes much more time.

Don’t go down radio unless you can confirm it’s clear with the scav up there (still suggest going tunnels instead) and never ever go down church hill it’s never worth it always go to the valley by med car and definitely don’t go on the smaller ridge next to sniper

Just want to say that you can absolutely avoid the roof.
For one, they can't be everywhere, they need to keep running around the roof to see people around the building. This means two things:

1. They make a lot of noise and their position is easy to track
2. You have decent amount of openings when you can sneak around and away as they keep circling the building.

There are several approaches:

• Create distraction using scavs. Make them start shooting at one end of the building while you are at the other end.
• You can sneak into good spot with advantage and sit there and wait for them to appear on the roof in a place you can hit them in
• You can also just not fight them and just sneak away. There is plenty of cover around labs
• You can sneak up the stairs quietly and drop on them through the door. When you are upstairs behind the door, their location should be easy to track and know when it's safe to go.

I am sure there is more tactics, it's just what I do.
Either way it's just annoying to deal with them, that's all.
