youre good. if you hold the menu btn (three horizontal lines) you should get the options screen. there in streaming in the lower right checkbox region there's a "show performance overlay" option

if you turn that on, you'll get detailed stats on where your latency is coming from and other performance metrics. that should help isolate your issue

if it's the networking latency that's jumping up and down, that likely means it's something in your router

ideally you should have an AX router with the quest being the only client connecting to it via 5ghz

even more ideally the quest should be the only thing connecting to your router's wifi period, but that assumes your router is dedicated for your quest exclusively, which is rare

1. You'll know when the exfil locations open when you see them on your compass, but specifically for maps exfils open in Missile Silo after 5 Minutes and for the rest of the map it's 10 Minutes. As long as you leave you keep everything that you grabbed in the raid
2. You have to be wearing armor and place the appropriate module on it to have a knife on you

I have stuff that I need to turn in for quests but when I click turn in nothing is there it’s the journals and some ammo powder that it doesn’t show up for

Do they show up to sell, but not in the mission turn in?
They have to be found in a raid to count. If you leave things in the bunker and they return to kiosk they count as found in a raid, but if you previously put them on the belt and hit return, I think that flag gets erased.

It's an issue with quest designs.
Any collect objective removes the Found in Raid status from the item.
Any turn-in objective requires the item to be Found in Raid and have that status.
Effectively, every time a single quest has both of those objectives for an item, it means that you need to find double the items.

You actually don't need to buy Ghost of Tabor on Steam aswell. Since the game is cross-buy you get it on the meta quest and the oculus store. this means download the meta app, download ghost of tabor (there might be a problem after the first download so you might have to download it twice) and then go ahead. PS: the game also has cross-progression so whenever you add something to your bunker on pcvr you also have it on standalone which is pretty cool.

How to delete in-game save files

Quest Standalone
Go to Quest settings > Storage > Search "Ghosts of Tabor" > Delete "App Data" (not the game itself, two different buttons)

PCVR
Windows Key + R > Copy this into "Open":
%localappdata%\GhostsOfTabor\

Delete the "Saved" folder

Please note
This will NOT get rid your loot.

It's an issue with quest designs.
Any collect objective removes the Found in Raid status from the item.
Any turn-in objective requires the item to be Found in Raid and have that status.
Effectively, every time a single quest has both of those objectives for an item, it means that you need to find double the items.

unfortunately, yes. Or you can use some already stored in your bunker, if you had any saved, as long as checkmark shows up on your wristwatch when you pick them up.
Also, tip: the jars you turn in can be empty.
