There was one quest this wipe to deliver a package to docks. I did that one completely naked but barely survived only sticking to edges.

Well, yes, factory reset deletes all data, it will be like fresh headset, so make sure to save your gallery and stuff as well, you will have to redownload all games, everything that's not saved on cloud will be lost including saves. GoT is online game so you won't lose anything except settings and favorites.

I just had the worst glitch ever and just want to report it

I was kitted out of my mind and I crashed like 4-5 times and when I loaded back in my friends kept seeing my floating loot. We get to exfil and when I get back to my bunker I have absolutely no loot on me or any of the loot I exfilled with. Don’t want to complain because all you would say is “skill issue” which is kinda a bad way of handling the community and doesn’t help that when you release bad updates its all backlash and no people trying to find the silver lining.

Well, changing anything in game has implications on many other things.
If we are talking last update, there were 3 huge fucking changes that caused waves in game:

1. NRS mechanics changed a lot, affecting animations and interactions
2. Adventure backpack got changed as a model and with that also collisions between items got changed, which carried model changes to a lot of stuff to change their boundaries and stuff. That's pretty huge and can have invisible interactions between items that the game was not tested for
3. Armor and backpack folding got introduced, which is fairly complex as that does both, change item model and the way it interacts with everything else.

Now, that is one part. Another part is that the changes need to be tested. Seems QA did a rushed job concentrating only on main things and not actually playing a game as people naturally would or at least not as people other than themselves naturally would, which means a lot of important bugs got through.

Some people expect to get the weapon - you don't, the skin will be available in Maintenance, but you are not getting the weapon.
Note that you get everything in drops on PvP but only the skin in PvE.
If you got some drops items and some didn't, screenshot all the above proof and DM @frigid bison with it.
If you got none of them items yet did everything correctly, you can try the above, but honestly you are probably fucked.

No, the questlines are linear but at the same time they are co-dependant with other traders.
Depending on where you are, you need to do either more Spectre or most likely Hana's quests to unlock more MInty quests.
At level 3 I think you should be able to get all of the Minty's quests, so that's not the issue...I think.

Windows Key + R > Copy this into "Open":
