That is your problem.
under level 5 you get noob queue where only level 5 and under people can get into.
There is very few of them.
Exfils open after 10 minuttes on most maps, after 5 on Silo. Make sure to have your compass in view because it will show the exfil.
Check wiki for maps with exfils and stuff.

Hey guys, are PVE guns suppsed to be able to be used in PVP as well? Or is that just a skin name?
Everything was really strange because I saw a guy who was literally only a floating head (UWU helmet). I tried shooting andf saw it moving around and then just turn around and one tap me and the guns name was MCX Spear PVE. Assuming the fact that the body was invisible and only helmet visible is a glitch?

First, if you linked accounts after claiming the drop, you're fucked and wont get it, sorry.
Make sure that you linked correct accounts, that you use the same twitch account on app and browser if you watched the streams on app.

Some people expect to get the weapon - you don't, the skin will be available in Maintenance, but you are not getting the weapon.

If you got none of them items yet did everything correctly, you can try the above, but honestly you are probably fucked.

The 3s and 3 will look probably identical on something like tabor because of the processor unless you are really paying attention to it. The lens are the same as the 2 so there is a smaller sweet spot and only 3 ipd settings.

Happened to me too. Essentially it relocates the weapon you store on it back to it's previous position. If previous position was another backpack, then it relocates it there, if it was last on your hip - it gets destroyed if there is something else on your hip already

E.g. island Radio building there is always just 1 scav. It has 2 possible spawns outside and one inside. If you don't see him outside, he is 100% inside on first floor. The one behind labs - he can either spawn standing in that one place or he can patrol inside labs.
Island Docks, 2 scavs either on first floor or 2 scavs on second floor, always standing.
Most don't patrol, very few do however.

And it's not always instantly, just having one in backpack can cause a crash when you use the backpack.

In the friends / contacts tab or whatever it’s called friend them let them accept then click on them and click invite to party
