If they were stored somewhere in your bunker and now there is just empty space, probably just a database glitch and they will come back in the same space later. Had that happen to some of my mags some days ago. Next day they just reappeared in same spot and clipped through other stuff I already move there.

It's an issue with quest designs.
Any collect objective removes the Found in Raid status from the item.
Any turn-in objective requires the item to be Found in Raid and have that status.
Effectively, every time a single quest has both of those objectives for an item, it means that you need to find double the items.

Also, if you have two quests with the same "collect" or "kill" objective, they don't overlap and only complete one objective of the quest you took first.
They can overlap with tasks however...at least kill ones can.

Yeah. Pretty much what I do when I can't put a gun on a wall when there is clearly a space - move away other gun and put them back on in reverse order.
The only one that will fuck with the space under it is Taurus Raging Hunter - for some reason it takes like 3 times the space of it's size and you can't even add suppressor on it for it to validate that.

Mostly yes, not sure which parts you exactly talking about though.
The bullet travel trajectory is fairly inconsistent when you do though, so it's not guaranteed you will hit exactly where you were aiming.

1. First visit the Military Camp on Island of Tabor.
2. Then visit the Military Checkpoint on Island of Tabor.
3. Next locate the laptop at the Military Checkpoint. Download the data onto a USB Stick (Shiro sells USB Sticks).
4. Extract with the USB Stick. (Shiro sells USB Sticks)

Guide:
This can be done in several attempts, on both Day and Night map, and even going naked, but might be challenging to do so naked as there is an extraction requirement and the Military checkpoint will be guarded by Scavs. Don't forget to pack USB with you, it can be bought for cheap at Shiro - take one even if you plan on doing this in several attempts.
All objectives must be done in the order listed. Doing so in one raid will involve a lot of travel as the Military Camp and Military Checkpoint are on different sides of the map.
The Military Camp is the place at the base of the hill of Radio building, with many military tents.
After going to Military Camp, you will need to go past the labs on the other side of the map, where there is small checkpoint with 2 tents and a tower set up.
You will find the laptop in the tower at the military checkpoint. Put your USB Stick inside and wait for a minute for it to finish. You can first do that and then proceed to looting the tents while you wait. Retrieve the USB when it's finished.
Take the USB and head to extraction to not fail the mission.
