batch cooking is a fast way.
Also, gardening, like a lot. People tend to have a very huge pumpkin patch for example, myself included, and it's full of orbs, so much so, that my forest of valor (where my pumpkin patch is) could be called "forest of orbs".

If you go the cooking route, try it with crackers. It's just 1 spice per meal.

Realms themselves hardly though Cheshire makes you go back to a few and there are several events that calls for realm visits. And sometimes npc will make you go back to get their partner. The only realm that currently has a double story arch is Lion King and Brauty and the Beast meaning you pull 2 and then go back and get 2 more

Is it perhaps a spaghetti ball, invitations, a dog collar, kelidoscope, journal? Cuz those are for a secret quest line. Or even a golden potato (or several colored potatos perhaps) also for a secret quest line. Anything that seemed like you already used for a quest line and you found the item again like on the ground or fishing it out could be dupped glitched quest items which can happen example obtaining more frozen water potions after completing Elsa quest. Nothing you can do about that except throw it in a storage no personal storage space thats okay the castle and realms have a lot of storage that doesn't connect to your personal storage just remember where you put it at just incase

!wiki The golden potato is for #1116831650345648239 . And quite a few of those others are for secret quests, or are intended for you to use to make stuff (for example, the charcoal can be used to make coal - just make sure you're done with the secret quest in that realm first). I would suggest using the wiki, looking up the items, and seeing what they are used for. There's a lot of things in your bags. 🙂

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this.
My mum also plays the game but on Switch so I offered her to use my PC for a bit of decorating since controls are easier on PC. Logged out of my cloud save account, made a back-up for my local save just in case (which I did end up needing considering the issue) linked hers, all good and well.
But after she was done and we logged her back out and me back in, it seems like the saves have gotten scrambled up. We keep getting session checks and when we start the game up it keeps saying cloud conflict where we have to pick our own local save because somehow the game thinks I should be playing her cloud save and she mine?
I made a new account for cloud save too thinking it'd solve it but no dice.

Edit: removing the steam folder and then starting the game back up seems to have done the trick!

Heya, glad you’ve managed to fix the issue, however, you need to count yourself lucky.

Creating a manual back up save is good, but the unlink function in DLV is not like logging out of an account. You’re actually unlinking your own save from your account. You’re practically deleting your save from that account.

It’s good that you have Steam, because Steam gives you a better option to do things like these: create another Steam profile for your mum, enable family sharing for DLV, so that when she wants to play on your PC, she can log into her Steam profile. Best look up a tutorial for Steam if you don’t know how to do it - but it’s the only way to make sure your saves are both safe.

Hey, I’m not sure if I understand your questions correctly, so I will just answer them what I perceive you’re asking for:

scrooges shop is RNG based and it can pull items that you already own from the eligible pool still. You will not always get new things just because you have bought others already. That’s just the unfortunate thing with Scrooges.

If it’s coins, it must be things you’ve bought out, but from what I recall, that only happens with clothing, as those, you can only own once whereas furniture you can usually own multiple.

As for the collection and furniture, this has also to do with his RNG. As I said, could take you a lot of time for you to fulfill the collection - but if you do have items in your collection but can’t find them in furniture mode, check the “hidden” tab there. Sometimes items hide for whatever reason.

Oh, that's good to know. Yeah I made backups of both my mum's save and my own luckily so we had both still, but I did figure unlinking was like logging out!

Hi thanks for replying I understand that it is random now but the items I am referring to that I have noticed is things like wallpapers have bot had that issue with clothing yet, I have noticed a change in the shop I no longer get mannequins in the windows anymore. As for stuff been hidden I have checked and there is nothing there.

What I am refering to is when you purchase some items from scrooges you have the tab that shows furniture under the collections and then furniture when you press why to place them the are not consistent in showing what you have. I always try to update after every purchase to remove the orange dot but noticed that it still shows and still does not reflect everything including items given by characters after leveling them up or specific quests and they gift you items actually I have stuff I think is missing but not sure as I said all new to this.

The red dot is sadly usually related to a quest item you placed after crafting so collection registers it was acquired but not owned so have to pick it back up, and for between furniture menu and furniture collection not everything is tracked in the collection as some one off items aren’t tracked, if you have things in collection but not your inventory then also make sure to check under the hidden tab as some items can see to get randomly hidden, and things like clothing wall paper and floors are limited so when you buy all he sells they will stop being replaced with that same type of item

And support ticket times can take over a week for a response since we just had an update can expect it to be even longer

You have to sync to the cloud so your progress is uploaded. Then you log in to that same Gameloft account on the second platform. However, if you did it incorrectly the first time, you will get an error saying you cannot log in as an account is already attached, which means you have to have support unlink it first.

You cannot drop sell or gift or eat quest items. They are either in regular storage, in realm storage, or in their spawn locations. You have to look carefully for them as they are not on the ground, they are in the bookcases if I recall.

If you want your Switch save on the second platform and you did it incorrectly the first try you have to do nothing but contact support and explain to them what happened and ask them to unlink the second platform so you can move your switch save over.

Moving an existing save to a new platform that doesn't have a save already:

1. On main platform (the platform that has the save you want), open DDV to the title screen. Click "Cloud" and either create an account if you haven't or make sure it's logged in if you have. Do not log in to an existing Gameloft account that has a different save attached to it.

2. Load the game. Go to settings, help, and click on "sync to cloud" - make sure it says save was successful, then exit the game.

3. On secondary platform (where you want your save to be moved), open DDV to the title screen and click "cloud" and enter your gameloft account information and log in.

4. You will see a popup that shows you the cloud save it pulled from your account, with your player name, experience, days played, etc. and you want to hit accept. That's it!

5. It's important to remember to always manually sync to the cloud before closing the game, that way your cloud save will always be up to date and ready to play on all your platforms. If you don't do this, you can lose progress by opening an older save. As long as you always sync it, you'll be fine.

IMPORTANT!
Unlink is NOT a logout button. You cannot willy nilly swap between accounts/saves on the same profile. Do not click it except for very special circumstances where you are told you will have to unlink.

No, it's a single code so if you already own the base game on Switch you only get the bonus moonstones, you don't get the 8K base game ones again on the same platform, the Xbox console version works the same way although it's a disc that once redeemed can be removed, the PS version of cozy requires the disk to be inserted for the cosmetics to be available the last I heard, those are the only platfoms the Cozy edition is available for.

I am not sure if this is something that can be helped here, or if I have to message Game loft. I play on the pc with xbox. And none of the moonstone packs show they come with the extras. Like the seasonal giant one is meant to come with clothing. And the seasonal mega moonstones is meant to come with clothing and a house skin. But it only shows moon stones on the xbox app. And when I go to the Disney dream light valley to check there its the same. I was able to see the last one (and I bought that one. The snow drop I think it was called.)

You need to update the cloud save by opening the local save on switch, making sure you are logged in to your Gameloft account, and sync to the cloud from inside the game to put the cloud save on the server to be ready to pull to a new platform

Moving an existing save to a new platform that doesn't have a save already:

1. On main platform (the platform that has the save you want), open DDV to the title screen. Click "Cloud" and either create an account if you haven't or make sure it's logged in if you have. Do not log in to an existing Gameloft account that has a different save attached to it.

2. Load the game. Go to settings, help, and click on "sync to cloud" - make sure it says save was successful, then exit the game.

3. On secondary platform (where you want your save to be moved), open DDV to the title screen and click "cloud" and enter your gameloft account information and log in.

4. You will see a popup that shows you the cloud save it pulled from your account, with your player name, experience, days played, etc. and you want to hit accept. That's it!

5. It's important to remember to always manually sync to the cloud before closing the game, that way your cloud save will always be up to date and ready to play on all your platforms. If you don't do this, you can lose progress by opening an older save. As long as you always sync it, you'll be fine.

IMPORTANT!
Unlink is NOT a logout button. You cannot willy nilly swap between accounts/saves on the same profile. Do not click it except for very special circumstances where you are told you will have to unlink.

Your collection menu in the game tells you where to find things. The rope is made from fiber, fiber is made from seaweed. Iron ingot is made from iron ore, the collection menu shows where to find iron ore and the flowers.

I need to get a villager out of thier house and onto a floating island. Specifically, I want to villagers on the island for my DS - Lady and the Tramp. I can get one there by hanging out with them, but as soon as I do, the other pops into their house. I have tried to summon them to the island but they don't show up. I have also tired setting up a "gather villager" photo item, but they never show up. Neither has an active quest at this time. Any suggestions? I am about ready to throw my Switch out the window. Or into a window at Gameloft...

When a character is in their house you can only get them out by hanging out with them or using a gather item until they come out. When you have two characters in a house, the easiest thing to do is wait until they are outside on their own. Otherwise you have to hang out with one then use a gather item until the other gets pulled. It can take a very long time, and that why it's easier to wait until at least as least one of them comes outside. Schedules have a chance to change their location on the hour.

Ah, those aren't really tricks. You get magma from mining in the Mythopia biomes. An elixir can help because it increases your chances of at least getting something. Nothing else helps with chance besides potentially having a gold bar for a slight luck bonus.

I'm doing quest the dragon army for mushu got all required materials. Made the 20 statues and went to put un the statues and 10 wood in the urn and the wood glitched out or what not and I only have 3 when I should have 10.

I can't make fire wood and I been trying to find extra firewood for over an hr and none is showing up.

Please help me If can't get more or get this fixed mushu and Mulan won't be accessible for me 🙁

No you don't ask for 1. You have 7 in your inventory right. So you ask them clear, for the last 3 gears. You need ten gears for it. To complete.

Yes that side fix was for the Peter pan, quest only. Not the glitch with the gears. Some people have the glitches. Some do not. They may not side patch the gear glitch, on the side. It's not how they normally fix issues.

Go to a realm - where you unlock characters from. The character Wall-E is usually unlocked early and he has items in his realm that function as storage. Things in realm storage are not registered by the game, making it a good place to stash things when you're trying to get a quest to update like this

You already found the memory orb, that's why the quest says to investigate it. You need to find the orb in your valley. Change the visual time slider to night and use furniture mode to search for a glowing memory orb

If it shows the house icon on their picture in the map side panel it just means they are inside somewhere, it doesn't mean home. If it shows their face actually on top of their house on the main map, then they are home, and if they don't show up enable and disable them in the side panel at least 15 times in a row ending on disabled, leave them disabled, and go inside

To be fair, a looping graphics error generally refers to crashing resulting in a blue screen. What you are describing is something different. Can you explain it in more detail? Claiming rewards from where exactly, stutters how exactly?

Yeah that is not a looping graphics error. Are your graphics drivers fully updated? All OS updates installed? Are you in dedicated full screen, not borderless?

All drivers are up to date, all OS are updated. And I’m not sure what the difference for dedicated full screen vs borderless would mean because it’s been the same setting since the game was in beta

Borderless is prone to memory leaks which floods the ram causing glitches such as what you are seeing. Setting to dedicated full screen and rebooting the system then playing the game in dedicated full screen resolves the issue if that is the cause. Otherwise it could be related to something else such as overheating, background interference, hardware malfunction, etc.

I’m not sure how to change that because I’ve never touched any setting pertaining to that. Whatever it was set to when I bought the game (while it was still in beta), is what it should still be set to. I don’t even know where to check that.

If you originally were playing on Switch, you need to go back to switch and open the game, choose keep local save, enter the game and go to settings, help, sync to cloud. To play on multiple platforms you need to follow this guide, one sec while I grab it

Moving an existing save to a new platform that doesn't have a save already:

1. On main platform (the platform that has the save you want), open DDV to the title screen. Click "Cloud" and either create an account if you haven't or make sure it's logged in if you have. Do not log in to an existing Gameloft account that has a different save attached to it.

2. Load the game. Go to settings, help, and click on "sync to cloud" - make sure it says save was successful, then exit the game.

3. On secondary platform (where you want your save to be moved), open DDV to the title screen and click "cloud" and enter your gameloft account information and log in.

4. You will see a popup that shows you the cloud save it pulled from your account, with your player name, experience, days played, etc. and you want to hit accept. That's it!

5. It's important to remember to always manually sync to the cloud before closing the game, that way your cloud save will always be up to date and ready to play on all your platforms. If you don't do this, you can lose progress by opening an older save. As long as you always sync it, you'll be fine.

IMPORTANT!
Unlink is NOT a logout button. You cannot willy nilly swap between accounts/saves on the same profile. Do not click it except for very special circumstances where you are told you will have to unlink.

I haven't had any issues myself with anyone following me. only issue is some areas i go are a bit too tight because i designed it that way so they don't follow, but they still give me the extra stuff when i make contact with them sometimes after a minute

Yeah for me I was in open desert and other open areas and was farming resources while trying to lvl up people and cogsworth and Gaston kept going off on their own despite being on follow or dragging severely behind or not moving at all.

It was affecting the benefits of getting extra goodies..

As long as you are hanging out with them they will drop stuff no matter how far they are, sometimes when you travel by well or harvest something new after they get there. If leveling them up, they will often stop hanging out and you have to ask them again

This happens to me too, the best thing to do is pick one biome and pick one thing you want there. Build that one thing and then decide what you'd like next to it. Don't try to design everything at once.

You can do any order you want, but it's best progression wise to do Frosted before Forgotten. As for realms, can also do any order you want, but besides Moana realm, Ratatouille, Frozen, Aladdin, Beauty & the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, WALL-E are the most useful.

There is not a standalone version. Game Pass is a subscription based service where you pay monthly to access their game library. Depending on what tier you pay for, allows more access. So Ultimate Game Pass allows you to play library games on PC as well. Standard Game Pass subscription from a console does not allow you to do this.

However purchasing the game from the Xbox Store allows you to play games on your PC as well, dependant on the game version. As DDLV uses the same version, you can also play on PC in the Xbox app, without having a Game Pass subscription.

You have to find the blocks of cheese around the realm. They make a cheese key. I think the bones are linked to the task line we are playing out.
