Place furniture for the Boutique Challenge by selecting Y, navigating to the Furniture menu, and decorating in the Challenge Space corner of the Boutique.

Interact with the mannequins in the Challenge Space corner to add clothing to them.

(Remember: You can only use non-Touch-of-Magic furniture and clothing to complete Boutique Challenges.)

No matter how I dress the manequins or place any furniture with NON touch of magic items, it still doesn't update anything :((

All of my item previews in the premium store and Scrooge's Shop have been really big for a few months now. When I restart it fixes, but when I next launch the game it's back. Is there a more permanent fix for this?

Yes. The top is "both" meaning you need both furniture and clothing to meet the tags. Then you have the furniture and clothing specific tags underneath

You may already have some. Id check your inventory first and just filter by the color black. It can be literally any piece of furniture tagged black.

In line with what Effie said, when you do these challenges, you should go by the filters, not the appearance of the items. For example, if you're supposed to include a piece of "blue" clothing, something that doesn't look totally blue would count if it's in the "blue" category in the filters.

Can't you just do what you did the first time, like the other person asked you the first time you asked this? If you had autosave on, it's logical to assume you would've lost up to 5 minutes of gameplay, so you'd probably have to repeat at least something.

There is no fix or workaround that I have found, you can report it here: https://discord.com/channels/938880698478125057/1308748117411237938 but it's likely to be messed up until the next update and thats over a month away.

The only things during the Christmas event that can't be done outside of it are: catch the festive fish, gather wrapping paper, and build the whimsical snowman (new this year).

yeah both on steam. basically what happened is

• she had made her photo already
• i forgot to do mine, wasn't home and was sick so couldn't do it
• she logged my account using my cloud save cause i always cloud save before logging off. her photo was showing on the "check your photo button" on my account
• made my photo and saved on cloud
• logged back on her account, my photo was showing for her, she made another photo to be sure
• today i got back home, logged and i see her photo (whyich she did after logging out my account on her pc) on my pc

If you filter the clothing and furniture by the Toy Story tag you might have something that you might not be aware is Toy Story

If you don’t have anything at all after using the filter, you can cancel the challenge from Daisy and get another one

Has anyone else had an issue with Elsa’s quest “what home feels like” when trying to catch a glittering herring fish? Where you go to fish, but the fishing rod won't connect to the gold pool in the water? The rod just reels back up and I'm not able to fish in the gold pool. Not sure if it’s just me or my game

Is it currently raining in your valley? If it is, reload the game. If it isnt, thats likely the issue.

Yes it’s raining, I’ve been on it for like the past three days now trying so not sure why it won’t work and I’ve tried reloading the game as well and force restart on my switch but no luck so far

You can always try the trick of untracking the quest, save game, exit game fully, relaunch, retrack and reattempt. That fixes a wide variety of issues.

There isnt a quick way to find it unfortunately. Its easier if your valley isnt super decorated but placed items have to be manually located.

I went through and picked up each sign in each biome until the number didn’t go down for the quest. It was somewhere in the Forgotten Lands. It ended up in the back farthest corner behind a tree. I have no idea how it got there considering when it was misplaced, I was placing something in the Forest of Valor 🤷🏻‍♀️ at least I found it. That’s never happened to me before

Back with a quick update I think this did the trick! I did this as well as put the other ingredients Elsa gave me into WALL·E’s fridge in s realm (I read that on Reddit to try it lol) and did what you told me to do and came back and it’s worked, I’ve caught one! Tysm !

You can use your tools, so your visitors can mine, harvest gardens, water crops, dig, catch fish, etc. You can also visit scrooge, the boutique and your home as long as you enter.

I am having trouble with Buzz Alien quests. I found the first 9 out of 25 but after 2 days none have spawned again.

There are 36 hours between spawn sets. Spawn 1 is 9, 2 and 3 are 8. Make sure you're checking everywhere. Turn your music volume down and your sfx volume up - they make noise when you're near them.

Also check places like the caves off dazzle beach, the mines and ariel's secret beach.

They CAN be in white ripples, but its extremely rare. Much more likely to be caught outside of ripples, and MUCH more likely to be caught near where you have the nala statues.

They are supposed to let you know when its raining, or about to start, if he’s just saying it constantly may be something else going on but would say may be a Goofy just not registering weather properly, unless someone else knows of anything that may stop weather

Is he on a floating island or the regular valley? If island move his house to the regular valley - quests do not complete on the floating ones. If you have any other homes on them, move them back down until you're done questing

Jacks tree cannot be removed until after you get him, the tree does not spawn until you have all 4 dolls, if your forgotten lands was heavily decorated and you got the dolls it could spawn in a different biome too it is a tall straight tree with a pumpkin on the front,

I want to check before I put in a ticket. I had to stop playing for while due to some major health issues, but now I've come back to a lot of missing clothing, accessories, and critters that were previously collected are no longer collected.

Was this a known issue?

1. What platform?
2. Do you play on multiple platforms?
3. When you loaded the game were you prompted to choose between cloud save and local save?

No prompt to choose save, but game acknowledged cloudsave.

Story\quest progress and friendship levels are all where I left them. It seems to only be inventory\collection issues.

If you have an SD card, there are known save issues when an SD card is used on Switch with DDV. I keep mine removed completely when I play. Other than that, make sure your Gameloft account is logged in on the title screen. That's really all you can do. If the missing items were from scrooge you will just have to wait for them again, if they were special items you can't earn in the game then you'll have to submit a ticket.

No, location doesn't matter. You may have a glitch where you can't see the rain. Plant some crops and don't water them, leave them dry and keep an eye on them while you play to see if they become wet. Also keep an eye out for goofy to comment on the rain as he's walking around. When that happens check your dry plants to see if they are being watered, if they are then you can go to the glade and look for the orange circle for the Elsa quest.

Furniture say you needed Wall-e, cute, strong, and tables. You would pick a wall-e furniture item, strong item, cute item, then a table.
(this is just an example^)

When you get more items you can do multiple requirements in one piece of clothing or furitnure so make sure to look out for that.

@indigo nova re: #1308749257267740766 message - the only other things that should have "triggered" is the fishing spots and the giant snowball in frosted heights IF you have that biome unlocked. The fishing spots require the meadow, beach, glade, sunlit, and forgotten. The other achievements for the event can be done at any time (as can the gifting one as long as you have wrapping paper)

Also you dont HAVE to feed faves for memories, for the main valley creatures anyways (except sunbirds). All main valley creatures can be fed "liked" foods for a 33% chance of a memory orb. Rift in time creatures have to be fed faves for the same chance. Unsure about sbv creatures.

Hi all, a friend of mine is having issues with Jafar’s quest where the characters won’t gather for the courtroom hearing. They’ve restarted the game and it still didn’t happen for them. Is this a known issue or are they not doing something they need to do?

Okay, we have noticed that when that particular home is put on an island, the box bounces...elsewhere. So it's going to be somewhere in your valley, just not sure where.

Also, quests do not complete on the islands and have a tendency to break. If you have any other homes up there, I would suggest moving them back down to the main valley until you are done questing.

The currency isnt the reward? You spent moonstones to unlock the premium path. The path provides tokens which are used to claim rewards.

For instance, if you stopped right now and never claimed anything else or did anything with the path before it ends, you would forfeit your remaining tokens.

The tokens are only good for the current star path. That moonstone reward lets you convert some of them into moonstones which are permanent.

Decorate like you would in your home on the wooden platform to the left of the entrance when you walk in.

When you have furniture or wardrobe mode open, you'll see checkmarks with the required tags. Clothing has to be put on a mannequin on the platform. Furniture just needs to be placed on the platform.

Just be aware that Moonstones do not cross over unless they were earned in-game (Blue Chests, DreamSnaps, etc.). Any bonuses from purchases or Moonstone purchases themselves remain locked onto the platform it was purchased on. You can buy stuff on that platform and it will be available on both platforms though. Just the Moonstones themselves aren't.

Sometimes just talking to them will fix it. Sometimes fast traveling to a realm and back fixes it. If neither work, reload and hang out with the character again and mine again. Should give you all the missed bonuses.

It sounds like it has never properly logged in, you can try signing out of the console, then back in, if that doesn't work you can try removing your account from the console, then adding it back, it's also possible that your privacy and other permissions are not set correctly.

In theory no. The support doesn't do any programming. But they can send the issue to the devs, who might repair the bug if it actually is a bug.

Alternatively potentially support could send you another alien (however I'm not sure that will progress the quest, as you have to find the aliens). So far I have not heard of cases where support actually did send one. But I have been less active in here lately so I could definitely have missed it if they did.

You only get starter moonstones once per game User ID, per platform, so if you start a game as a secondary profile on one console and later purchase a copy to use on another console with that profile, you don't get the starter 8k moonstones because your profile already received them. I figured it out - user error 😅 forgot about size of fish and squares available in the bubble. Need to make a bigger bubble! I was able to get a snippet into one by looking straight down and pulling it on top of the bubble (I’m on switch).

If you haven't got your answer yet, If I remember correctly I was puzzled by this one, I think the item your looking for might just be next to another globe next to one of the sets of stairs. Apologies if I've remembered this incorrectly, it's few weeks and many sleeps since doing this one and I'm not on my game to check. edited to add now I'm on my gaem and an check. Almost certain the item was near the globe that is up the left hand set of stairs (if you enter from the Bind) and is in the middle between two tables immediately at the top of the staircase, backing onto the little fence and if you look from this globe, you look back down into the lower part where the lorekeeper is.

There are some items that will gather villagers, such as the Ursula stage, the campfire we built during the end of summer event, and the new gold backdrop in the premium shop this week.

Otherwise, you can use fencing or other items to trap villagers and lure them in one by one using a well to fast travel while they're your buddu. Keep in mind that you can't enter into any buildings or the characters you've trapped will escape.

There's no "miss the chance" friend - she's not timed! 🙂 So whenever you find the tree, you can keep going with Jack and eventually get Sally, no worries!

I got rid of all my trees as well, got it back by searching for holiday in furniture mode. If you think it's placed somewhere in your valley, you can always try using your camera and zooming right out and have a look around your valley, if you find a tree that's pretty straight and taller then the normal trees, it could be that one.
