Issue: Remys daily quest. First he's hard to find, never on the map. I have to either go into the Restaurant or his home for him to pop up on the map and be in my village. Once i can talk to him and grab his daily quest, he's just gone again when i try to talk to him to complete it. I have to restart my game almost every time, sometimes i go in his house and he is there or the restaurant but 9 times out of 10 i have to restart to complete it. This has happened for over a week now. Temp solution i found was that if i interact with the cooker inside the restaurant, back out and exit he'll be outside.

Issue: for the quest I have to place Archery Contest Signs around the bind. I did this and continued to the next part of the quest wher I had to collect various items. When I stopped playing and continued later I was set back in the quest and only had 4 signs. The 5th one is nowhere to be found so now I can't go further with the quest. Issue: Lightning Generator doesn't exist for quest, "Mythic Restoration." I completed all stages of Hades' quest up until I need to add lightening spice to the generator. I have tried moving spice in and out of my bag, logging out and back in, and completed all other quests in my log. The generator does not exist in my library. I watched a YT video that let me confirm exactly where its supposed to be and what it looks like, but it's not there. I can't complete this quest.
Edit to add: I also had the Merida question "Change Your Fate" while I was trying to finish this the first time, and I wondered if that quest was interfering with this one. I have completed the Merida quest now though and I still have a problem with Hades, so I'm not sure.

I unlocked the quest to get Jack O Lantern ! I had collected all four dolls, found the tree, placed three out of four dolls in it, but the fourth one wouldn’t go in, I restarted my game(3-4x).
Now I can’t seem to find the tree anywhere! (I even deleted all the trees in the forgotten land) and when I talk to Merlin he says to keep looking for dolls!! And I thought maybe I had to find every dolls again but I don’t see them anywhere and I still have the one who didn’t go in the tree the first time in my inventory. I want to have Jack and Sally please what can I do !!

This issue was fixed for some players who had already completed the quest and it manually added to their catalog alongside Update 1.14.1, but for those of us who finished the quest afterwards the board game is not rewarded even though the quest dialog still indicates that it should be.

Issue: I have been working on Ask Daisy mission for several months. I have emailed you all 5 times and I am getting no where with you all. I am can not find find Daisys advice box anywhere in my valley. The last time I messaged you all sent me some other players screenshot not even my own screenshots. I have moved Daisys house, moved all buildings, and checked every biome, and gone into edit mode to search for it. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Untracked the quest and retracked it and I have restarted my game multiple of times. I am unable to find Daisy's advice box anywhere. One agent gave it to me in a message in my mailbox and I claimed it, but it is sitting in my inventory, because unfortunately, you can not drop it from my inventory or do anything with it. Please fix this issue. It has been broken not just for me, but for other players as well. It has been like this for over 6 months now. Please fix it. If you have to reset Daisy's missions that is fine. I don't care how you fix, just please do it, PLEASE!! I am very frustrated! Thank you!

Quest: Old Enemies (Timon Level 2)
Issue: I did not receive the The Lion King Board Game furniture Item upon completing Timon’s level 2 quest, “Old Enemies.” Players that completed the quest during 1.13 when it was initially released had it appear in their furniture inventory upon installation of 1.14 (November 20 2024 update). I completed the quest during update 1.14.3, and upon installation of the newest hotfix from December 12 2024 (1.14.4) expected that it would also arrive in my furniture inventory, but it has not appeared. It is not unlocked in my Furniture Sets collection, and I cannot purchase it from Scrooge’s catalog.
Customer service has confirmed that it is not availlable - language seems to be copied from the fan-made wiki. There was no indication whether or not the developers have been made aware of the problem. IMO it is unacceptable to have an item that was only available for users that completed this friendship quest within a certain 6 week period - especially when the quest is tied to permanent characters (i.e. not a seasonal/Star Pass event).

However the last item went straight behind a bookcase next to a waterfall in the Bind. I have been unsuccessful in getting it to respond in the area so I'm unable to progress further. Issue: I posted about this previously but I think it got buried in the large amount of reported quest issues when Storybook Vale was first released.
Flynn is stuck at the top of the stairs inside the Teapot Falls Fairy Tale Trial. I cannot progress the quest at all because he doesn’t move from this spot, which means now I cannot progress the story quest The Mistress of all Evil. This is literally the only thing holding me up from being able to finish the Part I story for this DLC.

Issue: When I got to the cubes spawning part, only like 4 cubes spawned. The 3rd cube I broke had what I assumed is the mission objective device in it but when I tried to pick it up it made the sound like inventory full (but my inventory had a ton of empty space) without any on screen text to say why, and it didn't pick it up - and when I went to break the 4th cube it did the same sound and didn't break it. I tried to go into my house and checked my inventory had space and went out to try again and the same thing happened.
So I restarted my console and both the cube and quest item disappeared but more cubes magically appeared. I broke all those and now nothing. I can't find anymore cubes, I've removed and moved basically every item I can in the area to check under them too.

This makes me believe they are supposed to be out but I have looked for almost a month everyday and they haven't spawned.

Issue: Jack/Sally - "A Woven Bridge" Jack never sent the letter to start the mission. I had all the prerequisites done, waited a while, turned the game off and back on. No mail. Jack was showing the mission as "not available at this location" and it was locked. Eventually I went inside Anna's house and the second step of the mission triggered as if I'd gotten the letter, but if I had not looked it up I would have had no idea how to start.

There needs to be a hint or something about where Wall-E is going in the description, so people know to either move their casita or go to where their casita is placed without having to search online.
I moved mine back to my valley, but he still didn’t roll toward it. I ended up hanging out with him, taking him inside the casita, leaving, then it triggered the continuation of the quest.
ETA: Sprouting A Story has a similar issue where you need to add a hint about where Wall-E is going in the description. This time I went to the floating island where I have Wall-E’s house placed and he met me there.

It did not give me all of the plants needed to do the quest. It gave me 6 small palm trees and 6 wide jungle plants as shown but no large palm trees or small jungle plants

Cannot progress past watching Merida and Flynn chatting. Has been an issue for over a month. Tried all suggestions for turning on and off their presence in the valley, made sure I was not tracking the quest. Made sure I had not recently hung out with either character. Quit and relaunched game many times. All other characters were able to progress with no issues

Issue: My dreamlight library is placed on the Plaza Floating Island. I placed the “Chronicles of the ancients” right next to it, but the quest isn’t registering it for some reason. I don’t want to move my library back to the village, is there a fix for this? Or do quests only work in the village?

Quest: The Tower
Issue: I can't complete the quest which has completely locked me out of progressing in the DLC.
I've banished the sands from the tower, opened the chest which gave me Rapunzel's paint, then I accessed the sand pile to get the Jewel of Time which I did, the quest is still asking me to collect the Jewel of time even though it's in my inventory. There's no option to drop it or put it back. Tried untracking the quest and restarting, it's still not working, it's stuck in my inventory, but I can place it in my storage and take back out, but unfortunately this doesn't trigger the quest completion. Any help to let me carry on with the story would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: I'm seeing that other people are encountering this same issue and have been stuck still for some time.

Issue: Been stuck on Mickey’s “You Have Mail” quest since the May update. Watered Daisy’s mini boutique, went to place it in the valley, game crashed. I restarted the game & when I did, Daisy’s mini boutique was back in my inventory, and the quest instructions were reset to “Water the Mini Boutique in Daisy’s House”, but it is no longer there. I can’t move it from my inventory. I have Daisy at level 10 but cannot attempt her level 10 quest without completing Mickey’s quest and getting the boutique. Have reached out to support basically every month and continue to be disappointed with each passing update. I hope this can be fixed soon, as it sucks, especially as a day one player, to not be able to fully advance.

Still being asked to pick up the Jewel of time in Rapunzel's Tower even though I have and it is in my inventory, realm chests haven't worked as suggested, I'm receiving copy and pasted messages from support and they are scooting around my request for a refund for a non-working DLC until a fix has been implemented. I really don't know what to do and I'm just getting frustrated as no timescale is being given, but I can't play the content as I'm completely locked out of progressing. If anyone else has come across this and solved it, please let me know, I've waited quite some time and had no reassurance from support, people are suggesting I start over which I refuse to do and that should never have to be resorted to 😔 I've been told people have waited for months just to have no conclusion.

Got the Dreamlight Magnifier from Mickey, went back to see th glitchy fishing rod, couldn't pick it up.
Tried multiple times.
Ended up saving the game and restarting thinking it would be there when I came back and would try again.
It was gone.
Minnie still says "Interact with the Sparkling Fishing Pole"
What do I do. I've come so far, I don't want to restart because of this!!!!

Not sure if this counts as "Questing Issue" or "Can't Pick Up Items" issue, but for Jafar's "The Alchemical Revolution" the Essence of Benevolence will not populate. I've tried to restart with/without the quest tracked, I've tracked it with/without hanging out with Jafar and with/without the Essense of Wisdom in my inventory. I keep coming back to it in between other quests thinking maybe it will populate eventually but I'd like to get Jafar's quests finished before starting on Jasmine & Aladdin....

Issue: Company of the wolf quest: when I dug up the 3rd item my shovel flung it into the cliff next to where I put Flynn's house and it is basically out of the playable area. I can't see it, it hasn't reappeared, and even the Ancient Vacuum doesn't pick it up. I can't progress in the quest.
