Discord is a 3rd party program. Didn't want to offend anyone here. The problem is, Level Infinite(Tencent) ownes the right to manage the account datas. Account related changes should go through the registered email. (hence the ...no communication)
Nameless is right tho. :) If we close enough to their Singapure HQ, administration would be easier. But i would be gentle :D
To go on a legal way/ file a lawsuit to save some accounts, takes too much time. I mean, yes we spent "some" money on them, yeah one is whaled on it:), but not worth the effort.

TOF is not that well optimized either. At least with a rx7800xt I could handle 100-120 full max everything without ray tracing. Only got drops to 90 fps if using fast mounts like car with turbo

So I contacted support relating on account transfer through email (account_support@levelinfinite.com ) first but they asked me to report my issue in another email (tofcs_global@pwrd.com) then they also asked me to report to yet another email again (support@toweroffantasy-global.com) so I reported my same issue for 3rd time and its been 2 days since then and I have yet to receive any response. How long do they usually take to respond?

if your in-game ID is different, that usually means you logged in with the wrong email or method (google/fb/etc)

right, short version, i downloaded the game on the 8th of April, logged in as usual, went to my normal server, and suddenly had to create a new character, so i started doing some investigation, thats when i came across the whole acount transfer thing, so i struggeled with that until someone helped me with the website not loading, got that sorted, then transfered my acount on the 10th, it seems to have transfered i think, since i dont see that msg on the website anymore, the transfer msg or link, but, in my search for my char in the begining, i kinda made 3 others as i was searching. and one of them is on the Europe server i starting playing on, so this is where i am, i ahve no idea if my char was transfered, nor if im in the last batch

I was using skyboxes to create a map for a game and trust me it's better to use the original skybox from UE5 or Unity because they have a higher distance
If you want to use the same skybox just make sure that it goes also under the water

if you linked them, then logging into LI via google and via mail would result in the same current account number
if you did not link them, they would be 2 different account numbers (different accounts)

Many people will come in, even later and search for the lost accounts.
It would be worth creating a channel and briefly describe what happened, why they lost their accounts.
Maybe it would be even worth coming up with some kind of returner reward for those who lost their accounts.
(e.g.: like to me right now, it would be difficult to offer something, that would compensate the loss of a 2k€ account, with x hour gaming time etc.)
So something serious, so that it would be worth it for them to start again. (but i have no idea how to check "the returner status" without a database) 😐

Chronology: Back when the server can be transferred, I had a Smurf account here, So I overwrite my main account to this server which has a smurf account
What I know is that if that happens then the overwritten account will automatically disappear
It's been safe for years
Then when I transferred to PWG, it was safe at first, it was still my main nickname.
But when the batch transfer queue was in who knows how many times, it was discovered that Nick in the launcher had changed.
Actually, in the game there is no problem for my main account to still fine be played till now, it's just a bit strange that every time I log in front name is different.

Heads up whatever you do, do not verify or move the installation for ToF on Steam. There's a version mismatch as Steam updates the files after the process, leaving you unable to login and play. Only solution atm seems to be deleting all ToF related files and reinstalling again

theres an extent to which you would restart like ill admit ive spent money on the game and if my account got poofed like that I would probably quit for good

ye but again 3 years worth of progress and grinding down the drain. itd be like if I transferred my LoL account to EU or SEA server and they lost it I would prbably perma quit the game even after 9 years of playing. theres just somethings not worth doing over again unfortunately

So you were logging in with password and email but it forced you to make a LI account. Is that what you are saying. Then yes cause you would need to use one of the options to transfer

Sadly it was LI with the problems. They didn't want to fix the FB transfer option for a long time lol I kept emailing them over and over and after all that they finally fixed it

u have to "login with Email" first
