1.1. Account Transfer Schedule
We’re processing account transfers in batches for players who completed the authorization verification.

2. Troubleshooting Common Issues

A. Missing Character After Transfer
If you’ve done everything correctly and your transfer has already been processed, but you cannot see your character:

  1. Ask a mod or someone from your region to look for your old character name in the player list (don't forget to also provide them your region). If it’s there (= your character has been transferred), try searching for your character yourself by going through all the servers (Alt+f4 is you see Frigg). Sometimes characters get moved to a different server.
  2. If neither you nor others can find your character, contact support and provide the server name, character name, character UID and relevant screenshots.

B. Parent/Guardian Consent Screen:
If you encounter the error message: "Unfortunately, we were not able to verify your parent or legal guardian's consent..." but have not received an email:

3. Server Selection

Note: Before selecting a server, the game settings may temporarily display your character as level 1 (1st pic.). This is a visual placeholder and does not affect your actual progress. Once you log into your server, your correct level and data will be shown.

Players sometimes cannot see their previous server listed after the transfer. Here’s what you can do (Note: This method works only if you never transferred between servers or created the character after the merge under the previous publisher):

  • If you have your Tower of Fantasy character’s UID, the first five digits of the in-game UID can be used to identify the server your character is on under the new global publisher.
  • Use the 2nd picture to match the first 5 digits of your UID to your server.
  • If you’re still unable to locate your server, please contact support for further assistance.
