I have questions

I use the Steam launcher, would that mess anything up?
I'm in the same server going by my old UID (that being Starlight in NA), but every time I try to play the game it tries to make me start from the very beginning and make a new character.
Yeah, that was helpful and I think I got it working though it looks like per the batch system I'll have to wait to see if it really worked until the the end of the month... makes a little nervous since that is also the time when the transfer window closes.
Mainly concerned with if the account was the appropriate one to transfer since I have multiple emails, but since it has been so long since I played the game last I'm not 100% certain I used the correct one, so I'm wondering if there is a way to check at this point beyond just waiting until the last batch rolls around.

I got the transfer confirmation email on April 1st, and I played on Steam beforehand

that's the problem, one of them still have the bug even after doing that. something like not getting the correct game file version or something. he gave up and reinstall using stand alone client.
Hello, so my game is still in maintenance after 2 days now and I can't play. I tried reinstalling the game many times, verifying steam files and uninstalling some of the files so steam could install them back, but still nothing. At this point i have no idea what to do.

I found the transfer page then, did it and today got the notiff from here that that transfer batch is done but idk what to do about it, my game works as earlier but when I checked the transfer supp channel I realised my ID doesn't match the one on the website

Because the game doesn't know if you are a new player or not + a lot of old players make new characters by mistake instead of transferring them first, so devs made the page available for everyone

Another question from me, I tried to collect the rewards in the web event, I logged in with the same email my steam acc is (and the same I used in the transfer I shouldn't do but somehow did) and I cannot get the rewards because it's shows there's no character for rewards?

Hello, I have an issue. After transferring the accounts, my account was successfully moved to the new email, but my high-level character (level 100) has disappeared. Instead, there's only a low-level character on a different server under the same account. I'm sure this is my account, but my advanced character is missing.

My issue was just that i had multiple mails associated with my steam account.

I was in the first batch transfer and it didn't work. I tried what @frosty portal told me to do which was to try to transfer again so I tried it again with this batch that just ended and still nothing. I also emailed cs and they told me there wasn't any character data associated with my account which I know is incorrect because I logged into my account when Level Infinite server was still up and everything was still there. I don't know what else I can try. 😭

I emailed cs again so I guess we'll see what they say but I'm sure I'll get the same response as last time. I'm not too hopeful on the situation anymore.

I've spent quite a bit of money in this game so I downloaded the game again and tried to login both my emails and even steam, but when I entered my server, it put me into the cutscene start of the game where you select a character..
Is my account just gone now? Was there some sort of migration before?

I can't recall if I logged in the game using my email or my steam. But I had a bunch of Steam transactions to the game, so I'm guessing I logged in using Steam before.

So let me make this clear, cause I'm still confused about the account transfer.
If I login now, since I haven't logged in since March 2023, I won't be able to see my character?
Cause right now I tried logging in 2 email and my steam account and couldn't find my character on my server.
I then tried the account transfer on 1 of my emails that had an old email saying I registered to the game back in 2022.
And another account transfer on my steam account that I used to login to that account as well.
Would those two transfers conflict in anyway?
And I can't really cancel the account transfer once it's done.
I noticed as well that the Perfect World ID of those 2 account transfers didn't match any of the ID's I had on the 3 accounts I logged in, so I deleted all of those if ever they cause a problem with the transfer.

this one need to login with email first. it doesn't bind with anything
so heres first method to check.
first of all, if everything link to 1 account (the char that u play), then it doesn't matter what login method u use while doing transfer on level infinite side.
the level infinite acc id (long azz number) should be the same even if you login with other method on level infinite. this is the first things that u should check
You login with the email you used to register for the transfer using the "sign in with email" option

as long as level infinite acc is same as gmail login method, its the same. dont do any extra unnecessary. it might add redundant info.

The only Tower of Fantasy emails I received were from them sending out Gift Codes.
This was the oldest email I received from TOF. while the other email only receives transactions I did on TOF from Steam.

It's hard to remember since it's been 2 years.
But it was either this email or my Steam account.
That's why I did a transfer on both.
Maybe the email and steam account are linked because I was able to buy ingame stuff using my Steam wallet at the time.
