if your character wasn't transfer yet, then you log into the game using PWG email and delete PWG account

what happened is i transfered days ago and it says its already submitted but i didnt really think of it that much. now i just wanted to claim web event rewards but then upon checking m ingame pwg id is different from the site thats why i connected my acc to steam to double check and when i login on steam it hasnt transffered yet so when i use the email it says that one is alr linked to one

Greetings, one question: the day of my account transfer (7 to 16) has already arrived, so I have never logged into a server with the account where I made the last transfer. If I log in and they haven't made it yet, will I have problems when the transfer arrives?

Hey y’all, so tof found my account in level infinite but when I tried logging in to transfer it to PWG, the email in PWG account was linked to the wrong one. Is there anything I need to do besides email back with screenshots of my process?
If you haven't transferred yet, try to log into the game using that PWG email and delete the account (Settings - Account center - Deletion)
When it's deleted, go back to the transfer page, link your LI account to the PWG email, check if your PWG IDs match and wait for Batch 6

When you click "account issues" when contacting support you have to select either "my account is frozen" or "forgot my login info" this is neither of them

I just tried to login to my old acc under the new login after transferring back in February but it looks like my data isn’t here even when I select the server I played on 💔 I have screenshots of some moments from that acc, most recent transaction, and when the date was it was created but I don’t remember the nickname 😞 Does anyone know anything else I can try after contacting support ?
so there are 2 ways we can search for the char - one is through nickname and the other is through UID
look at those screenshots and find the UID (number on bottom corner)
then we can check if it was transferred or not

They say you need to link your LI to a new PWG account. Log into that LI account, check if LI ID matches with the one provided by CS and press transfer
If you want to link LI to your old pwg account, yes, delete that pwg account and link it again
If you don't want, then put another email for a new pwg account instead

log out from Google and try to log in with that email
That will be a new gaming account
make sure it has a different PWG ID, so you can delete it without losing anything
Settings - Account Center
again, PWG Email ID shouldn't match with your PWG Google ID from here:
if it doesn't match, delete the PWG Email account
and then log into your main PWG Google account and link the Email account you just deleted
Also, you don't need to transfer your account if you are a new player
You can ignore that transfer task and just keep doing this one daily
And claim your rewards in game
Still no transfer announcement😭

Okay so you did #1 which is the transfer
Now log into the game and check that the ID in game is the same as #1
So #1 and #3 should match
Log in using the email option nothing else
If #1 and #3 match then yeah you are good to go.
