Hi guys, after the hotfix on March 21st the game starts flickering. The only solution I have found so far is changing the system refresh rate from 144Hz to 60Hz. Before that it was not necessary.
The laptop specs are Rtx 3050, i5-13, 16 gb ram.

uid matches with transfer authorization. the game is logged in through PWG. LI support says the account was successfully transferred. they also saw the old uid for old account. transfer was submitted before feb 24. i know the server where its located but all teh time it plays the intro and not show the old account. can someone help
I recommend checking if your char transferred or not
make dummy acct on your region (new acct with different email/google/fb/etc) and make new char, then search for old char name in friends add
or ask a friend in your region/crew member to check
if char there = transferred but not synced
if char not there = not transferred

by region you mean global region? i showed tech support the old uid and the transfer uid then they said it transferred already. if your suggesting to check each server one by one i will try that. i already did it with europe region. BUT what is weird and scary is is see servers that have characters in them. they did transfer some of them but not all. too bad they were the worthless rerolls. as for friends, that will be hard. most left there is none to speak of that i know and they were only friends in game. i dont contact them in other sites. i only join this one because of panic. i switched crew many times i cant recall teh name of the last one and they probably kicked me by now, since i did not open tof in a month since shutdown. However i can provide uid, char name, server. thanjk you

did they get deleted? is there a way to get it back? support@toweroffantasy-global said it was transferred. i can provide receipts if needed but it will take longer. for clarity PWG is not tofcs_global@pwrd.com or is it? i contact through email they just passed the buck to support@tof. and they all sound like robots.

It was "lost" because of the Apple ID mess in the days leading up to the change of ownership
But I somehow spoke with LI representative and got it back, at least that's what I thought

So, after dealing with LI, they told me the character was linked to a Google account and to log in via that first.
Originally I always used email+6@gmail.com, but somehow the +6 got removed, and I had to use the regular e-mail instead.
My alt account that had +7 in it did work fine, so it's still a bit strange that it happened like this.
But after logging in that normal e-mail via google itself, I noticed it was the LI ID that they provided me partially in their responses.

I have no idea how to check since it was after the change of owners
Speaking from experience, contact LI and try to provide the following things:
- The account you thought it was linked to
- Character name
- Character UID
- The server you played on
They will hopefully respond back stating that the character info you provided is linked to an account with LI ID 1234*******5678 (they will only provide a partial ID).
When you have this ID, you can check if it aligns with what you get on the account transfer request. If it doesn't match up then you won't find your character after the batch has been processed, and it just means you're trying to transfer the wrong account
I remember doing that but they never sent me a partial account ID when I did it
They asked me to bind it to an unsused email, and I did that
I typed in that unused email for the transfer request form and I got through it
I have a feeling the unused email made a new account instead
Yeah but if you're binding the wrong account then it's never gonna work. The only way you're gonna find out is if you're going to try all your e-mails, and all methods as well (google login vs. regular e-mail login)
Google login vs. regular e-mail does matter as well when you're doing the transfer thing. They state you have to use the regular e-mail method in-game, which is true. But during the transfer proces I ended up having to log in via Google and then transfer that one

Ok I think I’ve kinda figured out why I’m having problems. My Apple login account # is wrong. LiPass only transferred an old account using similar email but on Asian server. The actual Apple account # is the same as the one before on their side.

I sent my ticket to pw support, and they told me this: To resolve this issue, please re-initiate the account transfer process and ensure you fully complete all steps, including agreeing to the migration terms, to finalize the linkage between your acount

Hypothetically speaking, if someone transfer and successfully bind, but once log in and didnt see char (possibly wrong server) and panic then deleted account to create new pwg account. Is there a way to still retrieve the character?

First I will answer if you don't see your account you have to know first when you make a transfer, because the transfer has a different batch based on each date
Second, prioritize logging into the game using email pwg, not gmail
third make sure your pwg account id is the same
fourth make sure your server is correct
fifth ask the community or CS if you face confusion don't act alone first

Check your email real quick. If you transferred after December 29th you should have gotten one
Anyways if you are certain you did I suggest sending them a email with proof of you logging in. Give them the email used and IDs etc

So getting this transfer was a bit of a pain for me, since my level infinite account got scrambled due to unrelated things, but I have managed to log in and the id matches the PWG id. the only thing I'm concerned about is that its my actual account I used when playing.

It's pretty clear though. You need to unlock Mirroria through main story
It probably means that you logged into the game using Apple ID first instead of PWG Email
If you have no existing characters on Apple account and you are a new player - log in using Apple ID and delete the account
Log in using Email method and bind the Apple ID (since now it should be empty)

i had this problem too. u need to watch out the download, once it suddenly backwards and start downloading from certain percent again, u need to reboot device.
but my phone itself have problem, it randomly reboot itself. rn i claimed the warranty and they try to repair my phone. they said the reboot problem prob bcoz of motherboard. so idk if it will solve this issues too
i also remember there's was time i reinstall a few times but it didnt happened. it can download normally till 100%. so im not really sure if its device or tof problem

Hi, I have a question regarding the transfer
So I've been playing ToF since day 1 but went into a long hiatus since May 2024 after the Evangelion collab, only to realize now that the original LI server is no longer accesisble due to the publisher transfer. I read my notes and recalled that I logged in ToF with the same LI account as my Nikke account. But also noted that I had ToF binded via Google to a different gmail address.
Key points :
- I have one single Level Infinite account to play both ToF and Nikke registered with : "Gmail A"
- Based on my notes however, I discovered that I had binded the same ToF account via Google as well but with a different address, "Gmail B". Is this actually possible, or was my old self mistaken when making the note?
- Hence, how do I proceed to the transfer page? Should I use "Gmail A" or "Gmail B"? Also should I use the Level Infinite Login method or Google Login method in this page? Do they impact in terms of actually identifying the correct account?
My apologies if this question has been answered before, but I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help me. Thank you

Contact PWG CS. They will give you more info about this limit
on the transfer page you log in the same way you logged in before to play ToF
if you used google, log in through it. If you used Level Infinite email, then use that

Everything went fine! Thanks so much for everything! 
Except for one thing:
- My name has changed from “✽ ✽ ✽ ✽lyne” to “✽ ✽ ✽ ✽lyne$” with letter ($).
- I'm the only player with this character name in Astora server (when I search the same name without ($), it says “Wanderer not found”).
- Is there a way to change it back to my original name without the added ($)?
- Do I have to use an “Identity Update Card” to get back my original name?

I just used “Identity Update Card” & my name is back to normal now, yay!
