acc id and ingame uid is different. acc id is longer while uid have specific pattern

if you didn't link Steam to your PWG email, then use PWG email for the web event page
so relog on the web event page and log in using PWG email
once your IDs match you can bind the Steam account then^

I created a fresh mail, registered on PWG wesite, transfered this account, logged into the game Via email but when i try to link the email with steam i get an error message " the selected login account has pre-existing player data bound to it...."

Hello everyone. I need help with transferring my old account.
Background: Started playing on global launch, quit march 28 2024. Now I wish to login again but can't access my old character anymore.
What I've done so far: I've requested my data to be transferred via the webpage and have recieved my confirmation mail. I did requests on two mails because I don't remember which one I used while playing. When I login to my old server I can create a character with the same name as my old one, I can also search for my old friends and see their characters.
I have contacted customer support via tofcs_global@pwrd.com but have not recieved any response.
As the deadline for account transfers creeps closer I am getting worried of losing my old account. Can anybody help me? Am I doing something wrong?

I'm gonna delete it just in case anything messes with the transfer. Though it shouldn't interfere. Somebody with a far more "normal" name shouldn't be punished if a new player takes their name on accident for example

and when i reverted back to 23h2 it works again^^ its ONLY with the 24h2 windows version^^

but deleting won’t be a problem either, you’ll just go through the transfer again and get a new PWG ID
I ended up realizing you cannot delete characters so I grinded enough currency for a namechange card. Good enough

It was a bummer then because I used up almost all of my dark crystal resources from what the game offered. I thought it would unlock my Huang simulacrum.

That's the same, but in my case I used the same emails, but when I created my Level Infinity account on the page, I created it without linking it to Google.

I don't know if your account has been or not, I think you need to try to login using a PWG account first, because there are some cases where people's accounts are transferred after the schedule or the next batch

But I can't because it asks for mandatory linking and it can't be done directly from the pwg, and when I did it with an email that matched the pwg id, the data wasn't there and the cinematic appeared

You only need to log in using pwg to access your account. You can see it on the login page. It's email, not Gmail.
But it's because what Sula said before was that I had to link the email with Google, but what I did was create a new Level Infinity account but with the same email as the old account and then link it.

On the transfer page, you do create an infinite level account if you log in using Gmail, but that's only temporary, after that you will be asked to create a pwg account and after the account is created, there will be a notification in your email saying that your account transfer has been approved, did you get this email?

Yes, but when I try to start through Google, it tells me to do the transfer again, which is not linked if I use Google.

Yes to all of them and from what I remember I played in Asia Pacific on my previous account on the Pluto server

Then send CS a video of you logging into the game also give them the IDs and show any other proof you have.
Let them know your progress isn't showing up and that everything does match etc.

Your account has been approved which means it's likely that the transfer has already taken place if it's the 9th.

There is only one possibility that it has not been transferred yet, maybe in batch 4 your account will be transferred I think, because one of my friends' accounts was transferred before the 25th but was completed in the second batch

Hi can anyone help me? whenever I go to D9 my character profile won't load, I can't attack or dash or use a weapon
Also in any multiplayer other players are not synchronized at all (from my pov), they just do a t-pose and warp around, boss monster's HP just stayed still until it suddenly dies, none of it is synchronized properly in real time for me, all of this with constant 40 ping.

I'm facing a bug after the activation of the Omnium towers to first visit Hykros, where I cannot go to Hykros. Doesn't even show the option to port. I tried logging in, switting from DX11 to DX12, reseting the pc, porting to other towers, but nothing works.

I have a problem which I made a wrong account transfer of my data with the wrong email, so today I tried to do it with the email that did have my old data but when I got to the second step which sends me a verification to the email I noticed that it was not arriving but it was my mistake for not checking the junk section, in which the verifications were arriving, but before seeing that they were arriving in the junk section, I clicked where it says that I disagree (where I marked in the photo below) with the data transfer to go back one step and try again, what I didn't know is that this would prevent me from trying to make the transfer again. So is there any way you can let me make the transfer and thus give me time to not lose my data.

It's the story quest that allow me to go there.
Found the problem. I had the pathway to Hykros blocked because of an earlier story in the game I hadn't completed because the quest pathing is a mess. Now it's fixed, thanks for the help.

Internet carrier speed matters…all I can say is clean everything…make sure you’re not online, close all tabs, make sure nothing else is downloading, I think you can press ctrl + r to open up the command to type in %temp% and after you delete all those files, prefetch would be next…I’m just trying to type all the methods my husband taught me lol

Well the email part depends on you, which email did you choose.
To login it would be the email you selected for the transfer and then you will be given a verification code.
my primary email, i used it to bind level infinite to my acc since im on ios and used to play on android

You can , I have new character playing in new server in my alt account before, they did keep new character while transferring my old character in that account

I just joined the game and clicked the server that I normally play on. However, it sent me back to the loading screen from when the journey starts.
Before the update, I saved all my data.

make sure you do everything in #transfer-support first. it’s possible you didn’t transfer the right account, used the wrong login method, or any other common issue. we’d need more details to assist further ^^
i haven’t encountered this so im not really sure how to fix it. however i can recommend trying Dx11 or 12 (whichever ur not using) and restarting. maybe someone else can respond and further troubleshoot

When did you transfer? You should delete that screenshot since it has your IDs.

So they'll send out a tweet when maintenance will happen. So from now to the 7th of April. After that your progress should show up.

Check the schedule if you are batch 4 then it hasn't transferred. Just make sure your IDs match and you'll be good to go.
Sometimes it will switch your server so just find the one you played on before.

I just joined and I'm dying inside but- I had an account and character I made and played for a good while when the game first released global, now I have this massive issue- came back and used the same email yet I'm NOT seeing a "owned characters" tab in the servers at all, I can't remember what server I was on, and I'm pretty sure I did the data transfer around 1-2 months ago... I'm sure this is the right email too since I still receive emails from ToF on it... Any help or advice?
I tried the "contact support" choice in the game and honestly, none of the common issues fit my issue at all so the forms I need to fill don't fit either, and I was a f2p so I don't have any payment receipts either

I unfortunately don't remember which server I was on, that's my main issue
I tried to search through all my stuff for any results about what my server was, couldn't find anything
The server names aren't exactly easy to remember or tell apart from each other
The account I used to log in however, has displayed the ID I got from PWG

Okay, well I found an old screenshot with my server and character on it, it was Europe - Excalibur, however, trying to log in with the (i think the same) email, gets me the tutorial screen and character creation, while using another dummy account, I searched for my character's name on Excalibur and didn't get the account in the results at all
(I also checked dates of emails, I'm sure I sent the request to transfer data back on January 1st now)

Those that requested a transfer from march 10th to march 24th will have their progress by April 7th. That is batch 4 so it will be all at once since there is one maintenance per batch.

I'm worried about the progress of Batch 4 since we haven't had any updates or notices about it yet, whether it's happening or not. Some people transferred their accounts a while ago, but nothing has happened, even after providing a lot of information. They still haven't gotten their accounts back. The same goes for me—I transferred recently (on 03/14/2025), but still nothing. :/

If you have done everything correctly, but don't see a character on any server and cannot find your main UID/name on the player list - you wait for Batch 4
If you can find your UID/name, provide everything to CS and yes, wait for their answer

Downloaded tof client using steam and login is success and when the game is opened and attempted to login the account nothing is happening the same when going inside the game it just says “authorization successful” then nothing
- also on logging the account buttons are clicking but nothing happens - no pop ups of login using this or that just nothing

Im playing the game on my phone and it constantly keeps “logging” me off. One moment I would be in weapons trying to advance it and the next i would be on my homescreen
My current IOS version is 18.0.0 ( i didn’t update it still) would maybe updating my system helps or?
