Umm i just registered for account transfer event and when i clicked on "Complete Account transfer" personal mission from the in game event page it redirected me to the browser page of the event, there i did the account transfer registration - but for some reason the browser page event has a different account compared to the in game page of the event, it shows a different UID number. Whats going on?

Also on the in game page of the event the transfer account mission did not complete

I’ll give it a shot:
the system is treating your game login and your website login differently
you used steam for your new game = generates a “steam ID”
on the website you logged in with LI (even if steam it is still an LI acct here) and created a new PWG acct with an email = generates an “email ID”

logging into the website with steam still pulls the LI acct data
so basically your steam is now linked to both IDs in different places, perhaps

and you then used that email in the transfer process
is where it gets confusing

so if you don't want to transfer your main LI account to PWG, but you want to complete the mission - just bind your Steam account to an email inside the game (1st pic) and use this email on the transfer page (2nd pic). It should show you the same PWG ID on both, transfer page and in game page

hi , I am having some login issue with steam version of tof ,

last week i have login to tof via steam and played it for a while, but the day after when i try to login again , it seem to keep getting stuck at the main screen , everytime i click the enter button it just say "authorisation successful" but the screen didnt changed
after a few days of trying , i am still unable to enter into the game

contact CS and provide screenshots/a video of your two logins (transfer page and in-game using email) also the email address that recieved the transfer request confirmation

they are able to verify emails linked to PWG accounts but you have to send your proof that you did everything correctly :p

do you have a crew or a friend on the EU server who can search for your old char name in the friendlist?
if not, you can make a “dummy acct” yourself with a new login, make a new char and search

if char not there = not transferred, maybe wrong LI acct or wait for next batch
if char there = transferred but not synced to your login

i made a dummy account like 2 days after the batch to check and i couldnt find the name. maybe i messed up the linking cause i remember i used to use google login from launch, i switched to email login cause i think it was safer at that time. I'm trying to login (after the transfer, for the first time), and it asks for my country. Sadly, I can't seem to find Russia/Russian Federation in the list.
Should I assume this game doesn't have support for russian players anymore? Or should I just select whatever country?
Again, couldn't find any info regarding this, couldn't contact custmer support (it's only bot), so I was desperate enough to go into discord.

Hello, I’m having some problem
I really can't login to my account anymore? I can’t find my old character – All I get is a new account & have to make a new character.

• At first, I linked Perfect World Game Acc to my Steam by mistake.
• I realised this didn't work – Still gives me new account without my old character.
• Then, I went to link my Old Account from ** Level Infinite** to a New Account in Perfect World Acc and verified the transfer.
• Then, I logged into the game again.
• I switched account from Steam to Email, then logged into New Account in Perfect World Acc.
• Both the Account number in the “Transfer Page” & in-game “Account Centre” match.
• I log-in again to the same old server where I had my old character — It's gone.
• I can't find my old character anymore. It stills asks me to create a new character.

Please Help me to solve this problem – I'll truly appreciate it!
Did I miss anything?

Most likely not, IDK how it really works, but maybe it does wat Steam does when it gets conflicting info. >w>

When transfer data goes 2 sync it gets in conflict if UID from UR recently created character 2 dat of the transfer data's UID, thus it may opt for the recently newly created character's data and the transfer data gets deleted within 30 sum days if no ticket haz been filed 4 it (i think anyways). >w>

Although if both UID are same but on different servers dan both will exist. >w>

They found that the character I mentioned is bound to a Google account (yeah... I knew that 🤷) and that I should log in the correct account again for authorization. (Whatever that means). After authorization I can check if the Level Infinite ID matches a specific number that they gave partially.

I'm 100% sure the main account was email+6. So it's super strange. Unless something happened that caused it to get mixed up in their system due to the whole + system. Maybe not every account is affected by it, which would explain why my email+7 account was fine 🤔

When I rerolled I ended up with "7 accounts", but they all link back to the main e-mail basically. Since it was done with the + system.

If all that checks out then the ID should be the same.

only reason I could think it might still not match is if you originally made a 3rd party acct in game

and then linked it back to the email you wanna use for the transfer

if so you may have used a different LI login to transfer it. and that’s the one connected to this PWG ID
though it shouldn’t have allowed you to use the same email for a PWG acct twice, but who knows

but if you made it from scratch on the new launcher using a third party, and linked it back to your email, only way forward is to delete that account

you will also see the chars’ UIDs
if you remember your old UID (or have it on an old screenshot) this will 100% make sure if it is you or not

char UIDs are always unique to that char

Wrote this out the other day in case anyone might need it:
Okay, so you have to email [e-mail] (as you already did)
first, about emailing them:
-they take 1-2 days to reply and reply in CN daytime
-to reply to the conversation, reply to the previous email you sent them (don't start new email threads). Their replies come from a no-response "aihelp" mail but they will see it if you respond to your own emails

so first step is to send them these screenshots:

1. transfer webpage
2. in-game matching ID
3. transfer request confirmation email with date (showing your batch already occurred)
4. your char in the friendslist (optional but if you already have it open why not)
   also provide the email you used on the account, and the server

once they get your screenshots, they will then tell you to make a video of your login attempt
so you can also start on this in the meantime if you like
I used windows screen recorder
record yourself opening game -> log in by typing email -> server selection -> frigg intro cutscene
I put the vid on Youtube (unlisted) so I could see when they viewed it

then they send the vid to their team and the team will re-map the char data to your PWG ID

all set 😄

then log in with your email

haven't touched this game in a while - and i'm trying to make a perfect world games account
I accidentally set my age as 17 instead of 18, i checked like a couple emails I sent parental consent to (including my own, that was the account i sent it to first) and now I can't really make an account cause when I try to login I get the "We are still waiting for your parent or legal guardian to complete the parental guardian consent process"
is there anyway to delete my not yet made account and start over with it
