when I try to log in on my server, the game takes a little longer to load the intro Frigg cutscene than when I try to log in on any other servers

The rewards I claim aren’t being sent to my account. And the account logged into the event page is the wrong account. Plus that account isn’t even getting the rewards either.

what exactly are you trying to do? make a new LI acct?
or you just wanna see your IDs?
if so, you need to make sure you login to the LI website the same way you did for the first transfer, same email
if don’t remember then go check your emails
or if you wanna retransfer, you have to delete the PWG acct in-game first

The weird thing with my server is that I live in NA but the Takoaki server is an Asian server, Maybe I accidentally picked an Asian server when I started but I'm not sure lol.

I actually accidentally made the new char back when I logged in right at the start of transferring, not realizing they were gonna do it in batches. (I thought it'd just update to my actual char at the time).

hey guys i have not played TOF in a while, but i did come back last year for the Neon event. I recently logged back in and for some reason i cant find my character that i had played on before. I remember at some point i linked my account to steam and this was after my original log in. I think there was an issue with the previous way i had created my account. Well anyways i have logged into my steam account and i do not see my previous character at all. The CS option in game is no help.

I was reading the transfer information and it suggests not to use steam and etc only Email for new login so that might be the reason

it's more like just copied over

on your dummy acct, make a new char, then you can search for old char's name in the friends add
the dummy acct ID will not match the transfer webpage
because you are using a diff login method

if the ID is different it usually means you logged in with wrong email or wrong method
try logging out and logging back in w correct email
it was the correct email i didnt have any other emails but when i logged in to the game and went into the settings the ID was diffrent than what it is being transfered to

quick question , for some reason the game just won't let me login, it'll give the audio indication of " logging in" but it just keeps me on the main login screen, i fixed the client / repaired the game to see if that'd help but nothing. it just stays on the login screen

only way to get your acct back would be to log in with email if you linked it to your FB

I wrote to in-game support about this issue and they said they would send me a free name change ticket via in-game mail. This was last Friday, and I still haven't received it. And now I see this message that says it's up to users to purchase it. So what do we do? Do we wait indefinitely or do we buy it ourselves? Because the only response I'm getting from support, both in-game and via email, is that they will fix it as soon as possible, but they don't even give an estimated time.
It's been 2, this is the third. I would recommend you wait for this batch to finish and if you still don't recover your account, let's check if you followed all the steps correctly.

To make sure you are using the correct account, check if any of those accounts correspond to the UID provided by the transfer page and delete the rest of the accounts, so there will be no problems.

So I'm just being screwed I guess. I contacted both supports from Level Infinite and PWG, and the terrible support just keeps telling me to contact the other. I tried transferring my account, got to the confirm button, it did nothing. Reloaded the page, an now when I try to login to the account I get Login Failed (Error code: 1204).

I tried transferring for batch 2. I used my Level Infinite account for this transfer. After the transfer, there seems to be nothing on the account. I've tried logging in on the same server that my account should've been at but I'm getting the cutscene to select the MC. Is it safe to assume that the Level Infinite account didn't have anything related to Tower of Fantasy? (I originally used it for Alchemy Stars iirc)
I did follow the process but it keeps saying the same thing.

you need to click "sign in with email" button and put PWG email (in transfer page) in.
if you did it right + PWD UID is the same as transfer page then its their side. contact CS again

Additionally, does it matter that I've triggered the cutscenes on the server that my account was supposed to be in?
Atm, I have two PWG accounts. First account is linked to the Level Infinite account I had made for the first batch.
The second account is linked to my Google account, which should be for batch 2 (requested the transfer on March 3).
Both accounts have triggered the cutscene to select the MC. Will it affect the transfer? I did NOT proceed with the selection though so the UID that shows up in the account center remained as 00.
As much as I'd like to contact CS, I actually asked for help but the only thing I received was the transfer batch date and not a way to check if my account was in Google or Level Infinite. They also took so long to respond :/

Worst case scenario, it's probably at a different gmail account. Highly unlikely, I feel, because all the emails I received related to ToF was on the gmail I already requested a transfer for.
