If your username has a dollar sign ($) at the end, it probably means the last time you logged into the game was before the server merge that took place a year ago.
The dollar sign was added because another player with the same name already exists in your region and logged into the game after the merge before you did.
Previously, you could have been given a free name change ticket, but it's too late now. Currently, the only option is to purchase one for 300DC (Shop - Hot - Identity Update Card)

Iām having issues trying to access my old account. I have done the following
1 - linked my old Apple account to the new account ( Batch 2 )
2 - Batch 2 should have been transferred by now, so I tried accessing all the North America servers to find my account ( no luck )
3 - I have tried contacting support with proof of purchases made but I donāt have a lot information available to me rn, such as my account name, up addresses where I logged into etc. I made my account on the launch of global so back in 2022
Is Batch 2 transfer not done yet? Anyone else faced a similar issue?

Hi, anyone here had an issue transferring his/her account that was bound only on facebook? It seems the fb login is not working, so there's no way for you to login and request a transfer to PWG. If I'm not mistaken fb login issue has been around for like a year.
And they still haven't fixed it, actually you can't even login anymore via third party platforms in the official LI site. (they literally removed it)
So I gave up, and tried for an account retrieval instead, still no luck with TOF customer service.
it's really frustrating knowing I spent time and money for the game and I can't recover it atleast.

once you do this, log back into the account you want to delete and it will ask if you want to permanently delete the account, and just click confirm

That's the thing though it does seem to be a LI issue. The other day you said you don't know what they meant by Published but checking further into it, it is something on LI side not PWG. (Check that the app is in published mode. You can do this by going to the Facebook Developer website and clicking on the app's name. In the "Settings" tab, make sure that the "App Status" is set to "Published) <-- PWG doesn't have FB so LI is the one in control. I also checked YT for a FB sign-in integration and yep it is something LI has access to.

When I tried logging in through this method, the game assigned me a new UID and brought me to the character creation cutscene where the NPCs Frigg & Sage talks. I have effectively lost access to my account.
Additional context:
- I have successfully transfered my data from the old publisher to PWG, and I have been playing fine for a couple of days already.
- I have already created a new password after the transfer of data.
- I have confirmed that I am logging in to my proper server: "Oxygen Server"

we can try a couple troubleshooting steps but lots of accounts are still missing and you may have to contact CS :/
- what day did you transfer? do you know for sure you were in batch 1 or 2. if not sure check for the date on your confirmation mail
- you logged into the game via typing your email, right?
- are you 100% sure itās the same server? otherwise check all servers in your region

since your IDs are the same you probably already did this though
logging in with google would create a new account (new ID)

So I guess it should be a bug still needed to be fixed
to answer this part of the question, yes you can redo the transfer since there will be 4 more batches til end of April (you would delete your PWG acct and go through the process again - get new ID assigned)
some people have done this and it worked. some have done it and it hasn't worked
however I would advise waiting for CS first to check your case
since if you redo it from scratch, you'll have to wait for the next batch anyways (which won't be til at the latest march 19th)
and then if you contact CS they will just tell you to wait

though some people have made chars on different regions and forgot about it so... if you think you might be one of those people, might have to check those too D:
another option is to make a google (x, fb, whatever) dummy acct and look for old char name through friends add, then check their UID š¤ has to be same region tho @peak sequoia and only servers before merge

so to find your server you have 2 options:
- check all 1 by 1
- create a dummy acct (google/fb/etc.) on same region and search for old char in friends add, youāll see the UID
then there is a spreadsheet in #transfer-support with UIDs mapped to servers
Because I didn't think that I will ever need to do that for this game or that the game will transfer their game to another company.

Will they help? idk anyways that FB issue leads back to them 100% - I got this after trying - The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.
