i did this, after transferring, you cannot bind your PWG account, to your account (that you created a new character on).. in order to bind it you have to delete that existing account already and wait 1 week.

is the launcher that try to update himself.....i took this to exception and the launcher got updated i guess
already transferred. i made an account (i logged in to my gmail) before binding my PWG to it. by the time i wanted to bind it to the same gmail that i use it wont let me. i had to delete it even if i dont have any character created.
But going back to SJlatter's question,, LI side already have our accounts backed up so just proceed with the transfer even if they already made a new account on the new PWG side

This is a fix from #standard-chat message
This has fixed a lot of problems from other peoples but it somehow did not work for me
It is also approved by mods
this character is irrelevant to my UID
if you read my complaints from days before, you can see the problem is that the transfer page and web event page UID are identical
but somehow, they messed up my UID when entering the game
I only have 1 email
and that email is used to login to both transfer page, event page, and in-game
email login
and not gmail login

Yes, this is what I did. I progressed on a new account linked with my google account that I used for the old launcher, so I permanently deleted that account and set up a new account, but linking my google account to a different email, and it worked for me
Basically, permanently deleting the account won’t affect your original character

Delete from account center, then log back in, and it’ll ask you if you want to permanently delete, and just click “confirm”

Transferred during feb 27 and i have read that batch 2 will be transferred during this day but my character in the nova server isnt there yet. Does this mean that it hasnt been transferred yet?
Log in with Steam to the transfer page and you will ask to make a new PWG account there. Make it and just bind both

played ToF via Steam before Feb 25th => open transfer page => log in with Steam => type in email that you want it to be your Perfect world game email => (turn off adsblock and pop up block, check spam/junk mail if no code) receive verification code => “transfer request is submitted” message shows up => open PWG ToF => click “sign in with email” button and type in PWG email that you chose in transfer page => check PWG UID ingame and compare with PWG UID in transfer page => log in if see pink hair / tutorial then Alt F4 (account lv1, there’s something wrong) => if old account, go to settings and bind Steam back
although i havent seen any confirmation in my email that my account has been completely transferred

batch 2 is still on-going. so you may be toward the beginning or end of the batch timeframe
this will be the same for other batches too ^^
You have to permanently delete the account you already made. To do this, you have to go to account center and click “switch”, then on login screen click delete button. Then log back in to the same account, and it will ask if you want to permanently delete account, and just select “confirm delete”

follow that channel for the batch timeline chart
Only permanently delete the account when you are absolutely sure that you are in batch 3, not 2
If you are batch 2, then that means that you should be able to login in no problem
Nvm just saw the message above, so that means that everyone that couldn’t login can use this method to retransfer their account
also to note, if you re-authorize the transfer then it will put you in a new batch, of course based on your most recent authorization
Basically, think of the level 1 accounts as different “save files”, deleting it won’t delete the original file

well there isnt really a way to fix that on a cellphone. make sure your phones fully updated probably and thats about it.

I actually went through the frigg cutscene and created a new character under my account, and then permanently deleted it, and it worked
well if you have a character on that server youll get a load screen. if you dont have a character youll get Frigg scene right away
there's nothing else you can do other than trial and error
you sure that if done at 2am of 4th march still counts as 3rd batch
